  1. Also your ecu will remember the fault codes for a approximately 50 starts, even if its been fixed since! must do reset
  2. Yeah I was going to say everyone scans over the consult bit but it is actually in there!
  3. Ignition module, that black box that plugs into the coil packs
  4. Yep ^ thats the best way
  5. You have to switch the car to the right diagnostic mode by shorting some terminals on the diagnostic plug. Its all in the workshop manual That probably wont help with your stall issue, clean afm, aac etc. and go from there
  6. Put bigger wheels on
  7. Well if u do its because the temperature conversion/correction table in your ecu doesnt match your a/m rad
  8. Well it does decrease efficiency but not to the extent of what you think, its almost neglible as air is compressable. Your impellor design probably improved the flowrate somewhat Sorry I wasnt sure about the pulley size on the Rb30et - I was just saying the impellor flows much more than the standard n/a item, probably suffice for the 25det
  9. Haha so that was you
  10. do diagnostic
  11. Light on your dashboard should flash with it also
  12. Got an a/m rad and a stock ecu?
  13. Bolt them up, and weld the nuts to the flange - no more lost nut issues ever Go any high tensile bolt with some copperslip (8.8 on the head)
  14. Cavitation wont effect cooling effiiency, it'll just eat away your engine from the inside out. Wouldnt worry about this unless yout constantly pushing the motor at high rpm. The only difference b/n them all i think are the impellor size & design (apart from the diff bolt ptrn) Go RB30ET pump and elongate one of the holes? Ive got a pretty much new RB30et one if u want it
  15. scanner would be good too
  16. Use a tyre lever and squeeze it back on. Theyre just like a bike tyre but tougher Use a peice of timber to brace against so u dont destroy your rim Or just buy a 30$ retread or even chuck your spare on
  17. $400 bucks installed/lifetime warranty Mongoose alarm M4something, add another $400 and u get the SMS paging box. This is at MasterTint in Burleigh Heads
  18. Just ply out the glass with a screwdriver, its actually held on by a circlip. From there you can access the screws to remove the motor etc. It will pop back on the same way
  19. Unfortunately Im pretty sure you can only see outside temp when running these diagnostics - o/wise it could of been very usefull Tazz im not sure, theres another aircon diagnostic page in this section - maybe have a look at that
  20. It can be either or a combination, you'll have to work backwards, pull out each part, individually test it and try to eleminate each
  21. Yeah borrow a steam cleaner from bunnings, like 30$ a day
  22. del me
  23. 300rwkw? go 550 or 740cc injectors, dont worry about reg, get nismo pump stock bottom end wont last long
  24. Yeah Ive used the Rb30 one no probs - dime a dozen Theres a design&measurements for a tool in the VL workshop manual too
