Childs play... i dunno why ppl do that shit for.. i did mine to 14xnm and ive never ever had any problems with it.. infact, when i had to take it back off again to build it, i couldnt.. had to get it off with the 1" rattle gun @ work.. 500nm+ is just stupid and has nothing to do with how much torque ur car makes.. u could put the bolt through a 900nm rattle gun and ur driveline wont feel any of it

  12. the last time i took the bolt out of my rb26 when i did the timing belt, it was on so fkn tight... ridicuous.. i put it back on and tightened to 156nm.... and then when the turbo popped and killed the motor... i STILL couldnt undo the bastard! lol its like it tightened itself!
  13. im an engine builder and mechanic by trade 500nm+ is very wrong... u would snap the bolt or the destroy the thread.. 142-152nm sounds about right and i wouldnt use threadlocker either

  15. lol not this again lol r32 = great chassis, great handling, torqueless motor, loves the revs and sounds the best outta all the rb's r33 = comfier chassis, better seats and interior, heavier, torquier motor probably cost more to run... all depends what ur after

  19. Look i dont see what the point is in arguring over the past.. R34 won back then.. it doesnt matter because honda wasnt never competeing with the GTR or the Supra But it is now.. Honda has made a claim that it wont come out until it whips the GTR.. and its a proper direct competition.. something that it never was despite what u might think m3gtr... Toyota never said THIS SUPRA WILL KILL THE GTR.. or THE NSX IS A GTR KILLER... never ever.. thats something that us as customers have taken upon ourselves to do..   23. 4.7 not bad.. bit slower than the stock r32 gtr time of 4.7 0-62mph.. nice work.. but the ring time... much much better than the r32.. like 20secs faster lol R34 specs are as follows Just as it did when it left the factory, the 24-valve DOHC 2,568cc inline-6 develops 276 horsepower at 7,000 rpm and 289 pound-feet of torque at 4,400 rpm. It gets the R34 to 60 mph in 4.7 seconds, and the car runs out of speed at 168 mph thats just for the stock r34... so NSXR > R34 GTR But N1 > NSXR and GTR R34 > NSX and the R34 u just listed was stock but with the speed limiter removed.. it was the fastest production car around the ring.. including the NSXR
  24. dont worry about what nissan used... just look @ the ultimate street gtr in the WORLD.. the mines GTR.. nothing else comes close to its ability to destroy everything in its path with ultimate response and massive power... n that just runs a pair of gt2530's with lots of boost with stock air box lol n that thing makes what... like close to 400kw??? its an absolute beast of a car. its kinda hard to knock the king off its post.. u might make more power, but can u lap the tsukuba in less than a min??? Mines got it perfect with the R34 GTR.. and theres not much anyone can say about it 2530s for the win when it comes to responsive AND power
  25. Most normal NSX's ran in the low to mid 13's range.. still very impressive the NSXR would be sorta like an N1.. in the sense that it is lightened but not entirely stripped like the N1... it still has a/c and a stereo but with uprated suspension, engine mods and so forth
