get a couple of L shaped brackets screw them down to the wood in the boot then sit the sub box between the brackets then screw the sub box to the brackets

to the guy who says 235 on a 9 inch tyre is wrong, these are my rims, i have 235/40 tyres on 9.5 inch rims with no problems what so ever. so umm you're wrong pal, little bit of stretch not only looks awesome but allows you to fit nice rims on your car -
