maybe there is different types
not 100%
but basically you go out on a skid pan
they set up cones, sit in the car with you and teach you how and when to break
and how to enter corners properly
its good fun and you learn a lot about how your car handles when you push it hard
i want to do another one soon
performance ones are better
its $90 from memory i could be wrong
and you get to take your own car
the defensive course is where you take out of of their cars with the weird wheels that makes it hard to control
i also have Tein super street coilovers in my car
made everything feel so much nicer
launching, corners, driving in general
im very pleased with mine
plus they have valve adjustments so you can make them soft or hard when ever you want
ah yeh, the 400R have a smaller vent and isnt pointy at the bottom
hard to tell the difference unless you put them side by side
i prefer the 400R myself
last night on south street i was behind a falcon p plater, he was first at the lights and i was second
the arrow to turn right went green and he gunned it from the lights and almost hit a car turning right on the opposite side of the intersection
locked his breaks up and reversed back
i was laughing so hard at the dickhead
