    yes it is some of the older hks turbos have garret instead of hks garret builds the turbos for hks

    yes it has a little bit of shaft play which fills up when the t urbo is on the car and filled with oil. n i wouldn complain with a hks turbo of this size for $450 ITS NOT NEW
