sounded like a good weekend then

at my old work we had a couple of cars come in with missfires and when i took fuel samples it had the same thing like an oil ressidue at the bottem of the sample. to get rid of it all you will have to pull the tank out and clean it pull the injectors out and get them cleaned and pour sum injector cleaner into the fuel lines and blow them through with an air gun 2 clean the oil out and change the fuel filter. the fuel they filled up with was e10 from a servo that had opened up the week b4.

yeah im on about the usb cable. as the computer that the software is on only has usb ports and it is running windows xp and not vista. Its my dads old work laptop

As the title says i have the black box and the software but im seeing if any1 has bought the cable from the box to the laptop that has worked properely with the software and pfc. if you have can you post up the brand and model of the adaptor that you bought. or am i beter of just buying the 1 from the datalogit site. yes most of the light fuses are behind the battery in the engine bay but they do also have a fuse box in the cabin next to the accelerater pedal behind the kick panel. if you put your head down there you will see it. i could be wrong but the interior lights fuse could be on the inside fuse box as i can see them listed on the engine bay coveas i have 1 translated in english sitting on my computer desk.

also where abouts are you located as there might be sumone near you that might be able to take you for a drive 2 show you wat the suspension is like.

i use the ryco z442 and havent had any problems with it fitting on my r34 gtt

i went on sat night with my cousin (black widdow) and his lovley new wife jacinda. it was great watching them at night. we were at the finish line but walked up the other wnd just b4 the top dorslamer blew the tyre.

all you have 2 do with the blue slip guys is to just say i just replaced the motor can you check the number and note it on a blue slip then go to the rta and do all the paperwork up there they shouldnt check over the car if you say that

you mite be able 2 register it still if you know sum1 that does blue slips well. but not sure bout that way if you have lost the reciept 2 be honest. unless you still have contact with the person you bought the motor from just get them 2 write up another reciept

The best thing to do is when you buy the motor get them to write you a reciept with the engine number, vin the engine came from if available, K's on the car if aplicable, then when you fit the engine to the vehicle go to a place that does blue slips and they fill out a blue slip with the new engine number on it then go to the rta with it tell them you have swaped a motor over and that you want it changed on the rego papers. there is a few people on here that have being asked but unfortuatly they were unable 2 do it. Shorley there is sum1 out there that can help my cus on his special day.

wat dan means by hitting it is the cover on the back of the headlight there is a cover togain access to the bulb and it has a tag that sticks out and nissan puts a torx bit screw in the way to stop the cover from beign undone. just undo the screw and then you can undo the cover. i think from memory the screw is a tamper proof torx bit.

the gtr looks good and the aston martin that spun had a rear view camera set up in the car.

its not that im against the datalogit a friend that has help me out before has both the datalogit and the apexi fc pro on his laptop and said the apexi one is beter to use. Thats why i was looking into it. But if there isnt much difference in them i might look into the datalogit so we can get my car retuned.

the reason they should jack the front up is to check if there if movement in he suspension as that is a fail if there is movement in ball joints, steering control arm bushes worn etc
