Agreed, but I doubt that any of this would hold up in court. Heard judge arguments like "Police officers deal with speeding vehicles on a day-to-day basis, so they will know whether you have been over the speedlimit and by how much".

Totally agree, And Im sure it would even be a good move to get more sponsors involved and a better turn out from sponsors to get the crowd into the event, not only for the drifting but also to talk to tuners, to import-shops.... meh. oh well no point talking about it, as Im sure people are thinking about these alternatives to get the crowd interested..at least I hope they are.

HAHAHA yea very funny I was standing on the opposite side to the carpark when everyone started leaving after the final re-run, almost every single car started drifting over the grass hill looked funny as. Yes and No, I don't think it'll crumble, but rather somebody else would jump in as a sponsor, as it happens everywhere else. Which then obviously might or might not be good for the overall sport. well, I sure hope it gets bigger....This was the first time for me to go to a drift comp and I was not sure what I was expecting..Was a bit confused about how its judge...especially when they re-ran the finals about 60times......Also I was hoping it would be more of the track used and heaps more people there.. Oh well all in all I think it was really cool and I wish I had won that passenger seat in one of the runs...grr

Yep spotted a million Skylines at EC yesterday. A few I recognised but they wouldn't have known me anyways Also saw Slim pulling out onto pennant hills road when i was driving back from EC.

1st Leighton Fine-Blue Nissan 180SX, 2nd Luke Fink-Green Nissan Silvia, 3rd Beau Yates-White Toyota AE86 Sprinter So yea, was there all day Sunday. Had loads of fun Was in the pits, watched some stunting dropped by at the federal garage...but nobody there Saw heaps of skylines, almost looked like a show 'n' shine where everyone parked Ill get some pics of my mate shortly, who took around 600.......

I might be not sure yet if Ill come down Sat or sunday. Stay tuned

Yep. but I usually get there after you do, and leave before you ...but somedays Im there a bit earlier. hehe 60 mins to Pyrmont?! holy crap....it took me about 25 mins to get onto the harbour bridge...and then another 15 or so, just to cross it....grr.....
