  1. Any mechanic will be able to determine whats been damaged from the bump, the wheel alignment and the balancing is most likely out alot but also possible the your struts are leaking too.
  2. Also going to try different pads and machine the rotors at the same time, maybe standard nissan pads
  3. ebay........ ask the dude in the photo to buy
  4. The boost feels right to me, not over boosting. Im wondering how you determine if your bov is leaking.
  5. Hey all, I'm just wondering how you can tell if your standard bov is leaking boost, i know they are designed to prevent over boosting with the little hole on the side of it but does the valve still leak if this is sealed up? Cheers guys.
  6. Correction, grease up the caliper slide pins. ATM i have bendix standards in my car and i have feeling they could be the culprit, although its weird that bendix standards would squeak. I have bought CRC de-squeak and sprayed my front rotors, this has helped a little bit but the squeal still comes back but not as bad.
  7. Mate, i am in the same boat as you, i have been told that if you do not grease up your caliper bolts then the caliper can f**k up and cause squealing. ATM i have 2 rounded wheel nuts on the side thats making so much noise so i havent had a chance to test this out but once i have i will re post with my findings. Good luck mate, i know EXACTLY how it feels.
  8. aieee i see, I will see how it goes for now.
  9. Yer i thought cv's too but its rear wheel drive... I will check the wheel nuts
  10. Hey all, as the title says i have a strange ticking noise when i turn left, its really weird, i have looked underneath several times and cannot pin point the cause. I first thought branch or something caught but i cannot find anything! If anyone else has had this problem please give me your insight! Cheers
  11. Is there a noticeable difference in water temperature from installing this? Or does it reduce the maximum temperature?
  12. ECU???
  13. Excellent thank you
  14. Hey all, I was just wondering what the bulges out of the rocker cover on my rb25 where for so i took the rocker cover off and had a look at the cams and there are these rectangle things covering the cams... I first though vvt but r33's only have it on the inlet side AFAIK so anybody know? Cheers!!!
  15. Awesome i will try them out one day.
  16. Awesome, time for some new lightweight rims then!
  17. 650 hp huh, thats quite alot of power. On the road i think you will find that undrivable, for a rear wheel drive car you will spin the wheels whenever you nudge boost. But thats just my opinion. Yes if you tune it to 98-100 octane then it will be fine. Yes you would definately need a re done rb25. I'm sure you would get used to driving on the right hand side but it would be weird, check that it is legal too. You would need one massive turbo, a new full ecu, definitely a twin plate clutch, maybe 2 fuel pumps and 1000 cc injectors
  18. You should get gtst brakes and rotors and change to 5 stud rims.
  19. Hey all, I've got some to my experience with rims some very heavy ones, the advanti 3 spoke ones. My question is do heavy rims make a big impact on handling performance and straight line speed? Cheers guys
  20. yer they arent that good in the rain
  21. Hey all, I have a small crack on my aluminum cold air intake pipe and its leaking heaps of air, other than welding is there a easy alternative to sealing it up? Cheers
  22. I believe i had the same problem, i thought i was looking at new coils but i merely took the coil pack loom off and straightened it out a bit and it was fine! Just check all your connections for crap and full connectivity.
  23. I didnt think it needed to be drained at all! The plenum is just a pipe for air so why would there be any water in it?
  24. Pics of BOV setup needed
  25. Well you dont HAVE to, but i certainly would.
