You dont get any fines they just pass the info on to the police and obviously if theres a particular section of road or area one person always does something or a number of people do shit on they target those areas and times and try and catch them in the act etc. You cant just dob someone in and they instantly get a fine or EPA notice.

Just because they make money doesnt mean they should be using millions of litres a day, especially to do something we arent, water our gardens. The racecourse and other businesses that use water for means other then drinking products should all be made to use recycled water when the infrastructure is in place... not the everyday consumer. Im going to be installing at least 4 water tanks at my joint so i can water the lawn, have water fights or simply stand there for hours watering the roof if i want but even if everyone did that it isnt going make much of a difference. There is bore water... one of the girls here is going to do it and not tell the council because they charge something stupid for it.

damn right... if they really wanted to solve the issue they would be reviewing and puting restrictions on businesses or making high user businesses get in some form of water reuse structure or something... they use up over 60% of our water. hmmmm... the guy just dropped my bat off... however instead of giving me the Lara 400 LE he's given me the Tendulkar Genius LE Both are exquisite bats... the difference in the both is next to none... im wondering if i should bother swapping it or not. Its a bloody awesome bat and its 3lbs 1 so heavier then the Lara which suits me better. What ya reckon Kam?
