  1. That may help. Good luck getting it before 10:00am on a Sunday most places won't open till then, but i guess there maybe a member that has some Redline Victory Resellers Good luck...
  2. As i said above if you are going to touch anything to do with the SRS you should disconnect the negitive terminal. Also unless something dodgy happend at compliance then it will not have been in a accident as they are not allowed to be imported if they have (someone correct me if i am wrong) Mind you if it has an aftermarket wheel then the compliance shop should not have passed it. Well good luck and take the terminal off just to be safe hey.
  3. If you are going to play around with the air bag you MUST disconnect the negitive terminal from the battery first. Also from memory the airbag is removed from the underside of the dash after you remove the glovebox. I don't think they just pop out. Why do you think there is not a air bag in the dash? By law it would have to have one to be on the road and get complied. Note: You should stay away from any wires that are wraped with a yellow tape or sleeving when the battery is connected as these are all part of the SRS Good Luck
  4. If the hose i talked about is blocked and the problem, then i can post pics from the service manual and also the part number for you if that helps. Let me know if you need them. Best of luck.
  5. Hmm you could be talking about the Air Regulator. Is the hose thats blocked off short and comes out the bottom of the plenum almost 90 degrees towards the firewall and into the sensor? Sounds to me like this is what you are talking about as when broken they cause high idle etc.
  6. This guys blog may help you found it on Link Should help if not i could post the page from the workshop manual but i would say this is easier to follow due to the pics.
  7. You need to remove the housing, the one just up from the oil filter. Three bolts if i remember correctly.
  8. ^^^HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA Welcome to SAU Anna
  9. I am going to say none... Go the K&N Tried and Tested. Just my 2 cents
  10. Your after a fiberglass copy i take it? One for sale here (funny what you can find with that search button hehe) Link The closest you will get to a Z TUNE genuine NISMO item is the R-Tune from nismo. But don't expect change from $6000.00 NOTE: These do not have ADR approval so you WILL get defected and just pray that you don't hit and kill a pedestrian with one fitted. (manslaughter i would say )
  11. Realy comes down to what you want in the way of the looks, performance etc. Personaly i like the Sony out of the 3 even though i am a big Pioneer fan. I had a JVC never had a problem with it, good looks and sound. Also places like wow have the all the time for $600 to $700 JVC Stereo LINK Good luck let us know what ya do and how it goes hey, maybe some install pics also?
  12. Waste of time repairing that i am sorry to say... I would be shocked if that was not a statutory write off. Best bet is to part it out and buy a new one. Also that is a rear hit so why is the other person not paying etc or was it a single vehicle accident? Don't repair it it will never sell if your honest when you do and if there is chassis damage then it will crab and look s*#t..
  13. Cheaper and less trouble to just add a Turbo kit to the VQ engine. Or buy one that is already done as follows. SAU For Sale: V35 Twin Turbo OR CAR SALES FOR SALE: V35 Twin Turbo 6psi making 229kw at the wheels
  14. So you mean like this hey... Would not be cheap but something different for Australia.. PDF of the build for you guys that have not seen it. G35_RB26DETT.pdf OR WEB LINK
  15. You realy want to get a good 3 stage 15 amp charger i have a Electro BC-1215 my mate a battery salesman got for me as it will also keep the battery charged if we ever took the car to shows and had stereo etc on all day and can do more then one battery at a time.(this brand is a bit hard to find in the stores) I have heard the CTEK's are good, something like a XS15000 is not to bad and like mine you don't need to remove the battery from the car to charge it. As with most 3 stage charges you can also leave them connected in floart mode and they will maintain the battery, if you don't use your car as a daily. CTECK Not sure about places that will charge them for you, i would do it for you if you were on the Gold Coast but Sydney just a little far . Do check the warrenty but in case it is still current and if not the place that sold the batterie to you will charge it for you for free sometimes, just good customer service i guess.
  16. Sounds like battery to me, may have a dead cell. You could try charging it with a good charger (not those $30 ones from supercheap ) but if it is dead cells no use. If its under 12 months old should be under warrenty, some such as Delcor have 24 or 36 months warrenty as long as your alternator is working. Be sure to check this when the car is running with an multimeter it should read between 13.5 and 14.5 volts. Good Luck hey p.s. Splice a blue led or buzzer into the fog light on wire and then you will know when it is one. (note: it is illegal to use them when there is no fog as they blind drivers from to much light> sure we have all been there?, just thought i would throw that in for thoes that don't know).
  17. Umm i would have to say.. NISSAN Parts... This would be the best bet, always got what i needed for me.
  18. HA HA HA HA HA HA.... Now that is some funny S#*T. lol
  19. As per forum rules Price Please... Thanks
  20. ^^^^I don't know why i am wasting my time replying to a 14 year, old but it has to be said.. You must be looking with your eyes closed ( guess that has to be expected from someone that even if they could afford it, would by a car they can't drive for 3 years and in some states like QLD 6 years) J-spec Vspec II NUR (again 1 min to find) As above Cars Sales ( stock apart from wheels, and they are a dime a dozen) Another J-Spec V spec II NUR Oww and look Another J-Spec V spec II NUR Well thats enough time wasted.. all of 5 min!.. Now how about you go do your year 10 home work or is it year 9 and if you have any money close to this amount, save it and buy a house in the future. Also please ignore my sugestion to contact the above import services as i am sure they don't wont their time wasted.
  21. I'd love to see CES vs xforce on stock cars, i strongly recomend even just the twin dump pipe and another exhaust at least, that xforce dump pipe one will be restrictive and create turbulence.. The results speak for themselves from ces., better design = more power.. Just my two cents p.s. don't wast your time on a pod.. You will just attract the police when they lift the bonnet and there is no gain over a K&N panel. QUESTION: What has the car got for an exhaust at the moment. if it is cat back (like most that come to AUS) just put a twin dump pipe and highflow cat for about $700, K&N Panel and tune should see about 185kw at the wheels.
  22. I do beleive MINES still uses the stock air box on all his cars and look at the power and performance he makes from his cars. (Good enough for one of the best tuners - Good enough for me) Pod = waste of time and attract the wrong attention.
  23. Welcome... Have fun looking around SAU.
  24. ^^^^^ You mean Mspec right?
  25. Wow this took me all of 1 minute to find... All you have to do is look and not be lazy. Link And if you are serious and i doubt it then call up a few import companys. e.g. Iron Chef, Prestige Motorsport or J- Spec , Direct Imported and Import Monster, just to name a couple, and they will sorce one for you for between $80000 and $120000. So just a tip search around before you come asking someone else to waste there time looking around for you... When you find one i am sure we will love to help you decide what is good and what is junk.. So good luck with it.
