would a atmo-plump-back type bov fix this problem??? lik i have the choose to make ot plumb-back and atmo.. coz on my 33 now ive got a greddy type rs atmo bov.. which has an a key on the top to adjust the spring inside... mit adjust that abit harder and c how i go...

mayb i'll invest in those dual type bov.. wer its also plumb-back and has a release wen ther a load of pressure so u can set it to 100% plumb-back, 50-50% etc...or 100% atmo... would this fix the problem of dying/idle issues etc????? -

k, put new plugs in and clean the afm again wit electrical contact cleaner and made a difference:) still reckon z32 afm will help alot anyone else wit this problem? as i mentioned above?????

k, thanks "gunmetalgrey" thats all i wanted to know... So unplugging ur r33 hicas motor will cause ur rear alignment to move and be all over the place!!! wen driving!!!

wat type of sound does ur's make "rich flavour"??? does ur does it all the time? or wen ur car is cold or hot(normal)???

yeah, mine was doin by a mate who works at nissan... but yeah, alot of people seem to have a similar problem after changing ther -belt... and wer not talking about gates belts!!!!everybody knows they make sounds..lol

yo siddr20.... use bkr6eya-11 there still $3 a plug... or bcp6rya-11 if u can get those ones.. ther anti-fouling plugs..lol hence the "ya"!!! anyone try using denso plugs????? which is the standard plugs in Toyota.. i've used iridiums.. bkr6eya-ix didnt do much of difference..just cost more... ur better off just buying standard plugs...

well depend on how much you want to spend.. dont forget your gona change it every 5,000k's rit??? i'm using Penrite 5-40 oil now... it goes real good:) which is lik $42 bucks for 5L you mite also try.. castrol edge 5-30, which is like around $60bucks for 5L mobil 1 10-50? or is it 5-40?? which is lik around $60bucks for 5L (correct if i'm wrong...) these are the type of oils to use that are available everywer....... but u can also get redline oil, castrol 0-30, and mobil 0-40 oil aswel but ther gona cost ya!!!!! but its up to you... u need to identify..... wat the condition of your engine? how many k's on the engine? wat type of driving will u be doing? -> stop/start..city...highway..drags/drift...or all as mentioned? is it really cold! in the mornings? is it boiling hot! in the day??? these help identify wat oil may be require in YOUR engine!!! if so everything above fit ur description of driving! then use the above oil that i mentioned ....there in a good range and are good priced! hope this helps...

well has anyone found the exact problem yet? or solved it? im going to get an greddy clear top timing cover so i can take a look wen idling etc. plus it will look sweet:) and thats wen i'll take a look at the belt.. cant be bothered taking the cas and top cover yet..lol ive doin just over a 1000k's since i've had the gen. nissan belt installed... still got the sound wen at warm(normal operating temp).. but my next question is... has anyone had the same problem as me..left it alone...and the sound just stop/disappeared one day????? like as the belt adjusted to the pre-set tensioner as like the old belt..... bcoz i didnt have this sound before on my old belt... anyone?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? im going to replace all drive belts first...just to make sure there not the problem... but still concerned about the sound im hearing wen engine reach normal temperature....

well ive still got the same problem..lol my cars done just over 1000k's with the new belt... does anyone no how long it will b before the belt loosen to the original belt tension? like as mention above and before... people mentioning hear a squeak or sound from doing the t-belt.. and said it disapeared after a period of time.. if so.. how long is this time..lol

no not on 32 coz the hydraulic.. just 33's coz there electrical.. so has anyone just simple uplugged the harness on the hicas bar?

yeah, cars do that..wen using the heater that is fully cranked up..full fan speed..and the highest temp.. that the engine does cool quicker... its good if u just bein doing drags or bein doin burnouts for a while..o do this if u want ur engine to cool down quicker.... i dont have a rough idea why..but maybe?? wen the temp. switch or climate control to the hottest temp. eg. 32degree's.... the blower motor is using engine heat.. which is being suck in through the cowl cover(air vents)??? which causes ur engine heat to sucked away..is this correct??lol just a theory..lol

Is It Advisable To Use Engine Flush After Every Oil Change?

as above:) 1. add oil flush to engine oil (wynns/nulon etc..-> a good brand) 2. turn on car and let it idle for a period of time... (every bottle says a different time..wynns ->15-30mins/nulon ->10-15mins) 3. drain old flushed oil when warn!!!! use a 14mm socket to undo and its anti-clock wise... 4. replace sump-plug washer, when all old oil all drain out, should take 5-10mins.. if that!! and put back in!!! 5. *MUST* replace oil filter (a must when using oil flush!!!!!!) 6. *MUST* replace engine oil, with good oil of your choice!! ( a must if you want your engine to run!! lol ) 7. check ur dip-stick to see how much oil you've added, i believe rb25det is around 3.8L...(with a oil filter change) 8. put your engine oil cap back on..and shes ready to GO!!! but there's no harm doing a engine flush like once or twice a year..just to make sure.. just did it to my r33 s2 and it just went past 100k's seemed fine after...probl. do it again wen i hit 115 to 120k's.. hope this helps... -
hey just a question...beofre i change my stock steering wheel... i got a series2 r33, with dual air-bags... is it possible for me to swap my stock steering with an aftermarket one and a uses a boss kit?? i heard that coz it has ait-bag on the steering wheel...boss kit/s arn't available or designed for air-bag wheels... is this so??? :| or is that just crap, and i can use a series 1 or 2 boss kit...??? and my other question is... and will the passenger air-bag still work??? hence having the air-bag light on?? or what?? thanks

cant u just unplug the harness on the hicas motor on the r33's? and just remove the fuse in the rear of the boot, so the light doesnt appear? -> if there is a fuse/relay..lol ???????? so why sell lock bar for 33, wen people can simple just unplug the harness to turn-it off?????

i recon wit a power fc and z32 afm, and a new fuel pump, i will be pushin close to those numbers... my mid-range is crap now..lol but dont forget im still on the stock computer, wit just a piggy-back... so thats my main problem... but wit a pfc, that should be solved... and i recon ur e-mange fix'd ur mid-range issue too... but how does ur e-mange handle wit the high-flow? why not go wit standalone??? and im unsure about how much an auto/manual rb25det engine can take? i tht it would b around the 300rwkw mark? but thats me.. dont forget every turbo and engine is different.. so yeah, oh, by the way dave..urs is a series 2 rit?

so how much boost can ur high-flow take? turbo dave..... do u no its limit? and are restricted to 15psi? or is becoz of ur e-mange u can boost higher than a 1bar??? i tht u would get a bit more power than that outa a high-flow.. sorry turbo dave ive only FMIC, CAT-BACK HKS dragger, spiltfires with re-gapped ngk plugs to 0.8, apexi neo afc, bleed valve and i make 190rwkw...at 13psi mayb u need standalone mangement.... im after power fc, after fuel pump, and z32 afm... but im hoping to pull bigger numbers than that, wit a high-flow....

i heard of high-flow's dont last... is this tru? plus how much boost can a r33 s1 turbo take? since it is different to the r33 s2 turbo.. wat bout a s15 turbo? arnt they ball-bearing stock?
