  1. looks like i must be the only one with only 1 beep when the gear (6MT) is put into reverse. But I had the optional Momo steering wheel, thats prob why...
  2. I have it on my coupe, but I have the reverse pack, not sure if it only comes with that..
  3. reverse beeping? Mine only beeps once in a soft tone... not annoying at all... what does urs sound like?
  4. would be difficult to find locally, but if u think money and time is no issue, just source one from japan, and import it here.
  5. even easier on sedan i think, u dont even need to take the front bumper off...
  6. There was no market for it, plus Nissan already have an established market in Australia, no point marketing two different companies selling the same car...
  7. They WERE the only Infiniti dealer in Australia about 5 yrs ago, and failed, so Infiniti got out of Australia all together... These guys dont import cars, only sell Nissan stuff...
  8. cheers, i dunno whether resetting the ECU will fix it. but will give it a try.
  9. There's a bit of backfire on start and idel, I'm not sure if its something I need to be concerned about. I have an aftermarket intake and exhaust...
  10. Well IS Motor sports isn't bad, I mean they'll do the jobs properly. its just that u have to know what you want at the workshop, and tell them exactly what you want, don't get them pushed u into fixing unecessary things... BTW, does anyone know a good tuner for our cars in Sydney?
  11. a few ppl have tried it on G35driver, forgot what they r like, u might wanna search there. personally i think its just an useless feature, the coupe already have auto windup and down... unless u wanna open ur window from a distance, which i think this module does, its not much use...
  12. Hey Bobby, Indy is fine when i first bought the car I was there, he advised me on everything. but the 2nd time when he's not around his "apprentices" asked me to change every type of oil/fluide there is... and i even told them i just changed all the fluids 5000 kms ago. May be his apprentices are on a commission based pay or something, but it felt like they r trying to squeeze every penny out of me for a simple 5000 interval maintainance..
  13. I've been to IS Racing in Rockdale for 2 services, my advice is not go there... its a bunch of young guys think that u know nothing, they will rip u off... they wanted to change everything! even my diff fluide after 5000km! I am now starting to do the basic maintance myself... very interested to any recommendations too
  14. Auto of manual? the milage really proves nothing as most of the imports have had their milage winded back... infact buyers will get more suspicious of a 5 yr old car with only 14k km on it... anyways, if its auto, u might get $32k for a quick sale, $35k for manual.
  15. I'm interested in a set as well, any chance of u ordering 2 sets inc controls. so we can split the postage?
  16. how does it go on to the rear bumper?
  17. in NSW, an import like this will most likely to get inspected by the RTA again, and if they see ur xenons, ur compliance's workshop will be in trouble, and u wont pass the inspection...
  18. Mine came with Impul Fuga Oval Exhaust, sounds pretty good. The tone is low and crisp, from distance it has the resemblance of a Aston Martin ( May be its my ear.. ). http://www.g35turbo.com/exhaust/Impul.html It could be hard to find.
  19. I have one, willing to swap if u r in syd
  20. may be its a rental...
  21. in terms of power? i believe a TT 350GT can generate about 400-500hp depending on the kit. but performance wise it will be nowhere as good as the GTR...
  22. looks like 5speed AT, since u cant see the brembos in the pics... a 03 5AT would cost u around $32k - $35k, depending on condition.
  23. Hey guys, been driving my 03 350GT 6MT for almost 5mths now. but have u guys noticed that when u thrash the car a bit u actually get better fuel consumption ... Normally when I drive, I'd shift at 2.7k~3.2k rpm, and in suburban condition i would get 7.6km/L or roughly 13L/100km. But when I shift at much higher revs at around 4.5krpm I would normally get much better fuel economy, averaging 8.6km/L (11L/100km) under the same driving conditions... Does it happen to u guys? and wats the optimum shifting point... I used to drive a s2000, so shifting at 4k ~ 4.5k rpm is normal, my mate kept on telling me thats the 350gt is a v6, so I should shift under 2.5k rpm. I also noticed that when i shift at higher rev, the gear is alot smoother to get into.
  24. have u guys had any luck getting this fixed? if so how much did it cost u? I mean it's no big issue, js make the car sound cheap when u have lose metal sound clicking everytime u change gear...
  25. definately put me down for a set too
