I did 550k's yesterday and went to fill up the tank when it was close to E and it only took 61 litres....so there is clearly heaps left when the light comes on....

TT, Good to see another AXIS owner on the forums, I too reckon the silver rocks....and yes it is a great highway warrior, cruising is great, overtaking is a breeze the only problem is that it cruises too well and is easy to creep up to 150k/h and then you realise.....LOL I found the suspension very good as well, but the only downside of the car really would have to be the brakes. which is common with a lot of 1800kg+ cars. I did have a look at A & B Motorsports in Brookvale and they did 6 or 8 Piston brake sets for about $2.2k, I'm not sure of how good or bad K-sport brand is but if anyone knows please speak up...... http://www.aandbmotorsports.com/main.html I too would be interested in what the "rough" price of the exhaust is in the end and will keep an eye out for your threads on how you go tickling your engine...and turbo.... FYI - Been doing freeway k's for work and have done 440k's and still have a quarter of a tank left...... averaging 120k'hour

A Saturday night cruise would work well...... Even if we arrange it here in Sydney....haven't seen a Sydney cruise arranged yet... Any takers or suggestions.....

Sadly the Rego plates confirm it as mine........I have fought the Revenue office a few times and honestly it is just easier to pay the fine and cheaper too....... My gripe is I got a fine in an empty car park...Seriously I was the only car there......tell me that is not revenue raising for a debt ridden NSW government, I have seen these pricks out in huge force recently...must be a big drive to get cash..... Because it is clearly not about safety......

It may be small but that Bose set up is all that you need and the bass rocks the whole car....No need to go aftermarket unless you really love your Bass Bins.....LOL

It will be hard to get a tow bar on the back, so much mechanicals in the rear, especially if you have HICAS.......can be done but not easily
