  1. If you intend on doing high K's then look at PM35 Stag, no turbo hassles and great long range tourer. .
  2. That be me, seen you a few times out and about. . anyone would think all we do is cruise the streets of Sydney. . Perhaps one day you should swing past my house and drink a beverage. . cold frothy. .
  3. Nice, will be very interested how this build goes, I personally always wondered how easy the APS Twin turbo kit for a 350z would go in a PNM35 Stag as I wouldn't mind getting another one. . . http://www.airpowersystems.com/350z/350z.htm Does anyone know if the dimensions in a PNM35 and 350Z engine bay are similar. . .
  4. Another option is to take delivery of the car and arrange for another workshop to comply.
  5. Hey Mate, You need to un-do screws behind the clock, glovebox and drivers footwell. Undo the gear stick too. Here is link to youtube, it's on American car but just reverse sides, process is the same Jules
  6. Yeah still need a seat, Ben has a V35 seat he needs a motor from, once he is done I will try base and see if that solves it. .
  7. Hey hey, Had my Stag for 4 years now just clicked over 77k. Had to replace the belts and radiator reservoir , and my seat is on a slant. . oh and that bloody SRS light. . Jules
  8. Ever tried taking a stereo out of a M35 Stag, good luck. . lol
  9. Well I put on my roof racks to get some measurements for a roof rack basket, going to use that for the kids bikes.. ( as we lack a decent tow bar) . So been slack and left them on. . was at shops and noticed on my return 1 side was unscrewed from the front one. . both bolts. . I bit suss in my view. . or am I paranoid. . I find it hard the screws just happened to come undone like that. . It's hard enough to get them for M35 stags as it is, would hate to lose them. .
  10. Were you able to score the roof racks, if so well done.
  11. What is a station wagon? A station wagon is a vehicle having all of the following features. Has a sedan equivalent. That is, the body forward of the front seat or seats and the greater part of the mechanical equipment, is the same or substantially the same as in a car of the same make and Has a flat roof extending at the same height to the rear of the vehicle. That is, the body is carried without significant reduction in height from the front seat or seats to the rearof the vehicle and Has an entrance at the rear suitable for the loading and unloading goods and Is manufactured with a rear seat or seats which can be folded or removed readily to provide additional floor space for the carriage of goods and That when the seat or seats immediately to the rear of the front seat or seats are in position for passengers, has a substantial space for the carriage of goods in proportion to the overall size of the interior of the vehicle.
  12. I agree totally, it's perfect for it's intended purpose, in & out
  13. 2008 NSW ammendments removed 4WD's for that exact loop hole. .but glad the wagons remained, so convenient when popping in to city of busy shops.
  14. I reckon he was timing me to pounce come the 16th minute. .to help keep car parks safe. .
  15. Loading Zone.pdf Had an argument with a parking inspector regarding my use of a loading zone in the Sydney CBD, to pick something up from work. I pointed out that my stag meets the requirements as per the road rules. .he said it's for loading and unloading. . of stuff, I said perhaps he needs to read it again. . includes people. . Just a quick rant as I thought it was funny to stick it to a parking inspector, mind you I made sure I was quick to avoid going over time. . lol it's also an FYI for you stag owners that did not know about this rule for that quick park at shops and important places. . Jules
  16. I need the drivers seat if it gets parted out. . Cheers Jules
  17. My clamps were sweet. . but I know they did shave a bit off them at time of fitting. . the knocking noise was an issue with the powder coating and bolt diameter which created the knocking but was all sorted. But mine was the R & D car so it was expected, the things I force my stag to do for others. . I guess variations in cars would account for mm differences. . Mine rock and I love them. . my settings are hard front & medium rear. . . . which Whiteline found offered the best results for street conditions.
  18. Hello Guys, The part that was making the clunk sound was not the links or the bars them self, It was the brackets on the inside of the Bushes to stop lateral excess movement. Ben took them off yesterday to see if it made a difference, but the clunk still persists so it's not the brackets, but I will investigate further. It was not present for the first week I had them, then just appeared, we suspected it was the CV but that is now fixed. It's not huge just noticeable. Jules
  19. With the fuel efficiency of these car I rarely use it at all . . . .
  20. Oh Yeah Search . . . so that's what it is for. .
  21. Also I note many have said the 350z Brembo's are a bolt on for M35, Having said that has anyone actually tried and is it a simple bolt on bolt off process or are there other parts required. Jules
  22. Mmmmindeed, even nicer price for a full set of front & rear. If it wasn't for weddign I would of bought them already. I'm sure someone here will buy them, not often a full set comes up.
  23. Hello, Pulled them off cleaned, regreased, new boots and cleaned a few scratches on them. He said the CV looked like a GTR CV. I thought it was good for $110, I am assuming you did your CV's yourself. Jules
