Item: Nissan Skyline R33 GTS N/A. 149 *** Km's 6 months rego and RWC Location: Gold Coast - QLD Website:here Reason for Selling: Time to upgrade to a turbo. Price and Payment Conditions: $10 000 NEG Extra Info: This car is in excellent mechanical condition it has never given me any problems, the car drives like new with no rattles or squeaks. The car is serviced every 5000k's with motul fluids. This car is relatively stock with only a few minor mods outlined below. The interior of this car is in excellent condition, with only one small tear in the drivers seat as shown in the pictures. The exterior and paint of the car is in fair condition with a few scratches and dings due to age and never having been re-sprayed. There is however a large dint on the right rear quarter panel/ rear bumper. I am currently in the process of finding a panel beater to repair and respray this. The only modifications that have been performed are a let of 18inch lenso rims, Drift pod filter and the stock coil packs have been replaced with super spark products due to the originals breaking down, i am unsure how many of these are faulty and can be suplied with the car at buyers request, the stock wheels can be supplied without tyres also. The only reason i am selling this car is i have aquired my open license and want to upgrade to a turbo.This car has served me well during my time on my P's and i am sure it will provide another P plater with a reliable fun car. Im new to the coast so i would be keen to go for a cruise and meet people, ill only be in a N/A, not the flashest car . I dont know the roads up here really, what are you guys looking at, something with lots of corners, or open straights, im from down in country NSW so am missing all the corners. Harley.

Qualifying was today canceled due to rain at motegi. Meaning the grid was decided by fridays free practice, as this was the only dry practice session. Hopefully the rain will hold off and we will get to see a dry race.

There has to be a P plater out there who wants a reliable skyline.... i need this car gone... i want to go overseas and race motorbikes... ill consider ANY offers. I have just put 6 months rego on the car and have a road worthy.

Just stumbled across this thread nice idea. As far as live races on ONEHD goes, i think they will be live, the rained out Qatar race was delayed due to the Golf Masters being on, the re-scheduled race was shown live in QLD. Yes it was a boring race sadly, however stoner is always strong at Qatar, and for the first time in 3 years i think people have realised its not just the Ducatis speed that wins it for him in Qatar, as the facory Honda bikes had the highest speed for the meeting. Motegi should be a better race, hopefully Hayden's injuries sustained in his Qatar crash will have healed a bit, and we will be able to see if he is competative in race format on the Ducati. The same goes with Pedrosa. Has any one heard news of any action being taken against De' Angelis after his run in with Pedrosa? What are peoples thoughts on the new Moto2 class? I think it will open the sport up a lot more to racers from other formats, specicly the WSB the Moto2 class should give them a basis to learn the different tracks in the GP championship without the hightened pressure of having to perform well in the pinnicle class. I also think this will lead to talent being sourced from countries other than spain and italy where racers grow up on 125 and 250cc Gp bikes. And lead to people such as Ben Spies (wsb) and andrew pitt, moving towards wanting to ride in the Moto2 and eventualy MotoGP class rather than heading to World supers, this will be a good thing for one series and bad for the other, and may lead to an amalgumation of the two series. Well thats my 2 cents on the GP's.

Thanks PWND, Can i get a RWC done at any mechanic or only specialised shops? Is this a comprehensive check of the car, or just brakes, seatbelts etc?

Hey everyone i have recently moved to Biggera Waters on the gold coast. Just got a few questions. 1. Has anyone transferred NSW rego over to QLD? im curious as to the price procedure in getting a car registered in this state? My rego runs out 18th of next month so would it be easier to just register it as a new car after it expires? If no one knows much about this ill just ring QT but im online now so i thought id post the question. 2. Could anyone reccomend a good panel beater/ painter in the goldcoast area where they have had work done, my first day here my car was reversed into in a car park which really sucked. 3. IS anyone or does anyone know someone in the gold coast area know of a person looking for a non turbo skyline? Since moving to QLD i have gained my open license due to the different laws and am looking to upgrade to a turbo car. Thanks in advance for any info that people can provide.

For sale is my 1993 model R33GTS. This is a non turbo P-plate friendly car as im sure most everyone one here knows. The car is a black 5 speed manual with 130 000 K's on it. INTERIOR: The interior of the car is immaculate apart from a tear on the drivers side seat which was there when i purchased it. The car comes with pioneer in dash DVD player and 2 Alpine 12 inch subs. ENGINE: The car is in almost stock condition i have only replaced the air filter and coil packs in the way of upgrades. This car has been meticulously maintained serviced every 5000 k's with Motul fluids. EXTERIOR: The paint on the car is not in the best of conditions having been keyed in Sydney before i purchased it. The car has 18inch lenso wheels with around 80% tread left. FAULTS: This car has given me little problems mechanically since i purchased it the only real problem was a blown rear seal that i had replaced the week after i bought it, i have also had the clutch replaced. The car currently neads a new idle control motor this part is available for around $50 from SSS automotive. This car has been a pleasure to own and drive, the only reason i am selling is to fund a different project. I'd like to get around $10 000 for the car but am very open to offers. I will also consider trades i am mainly interested in AE86's. Thanks for looking. P.S i will upload some pics later tonight when i get home.

The rims that where on it where the stockies (15's with 205/50 tyres) the new rims are 18's with 235 40's. Thanks in advance.

Its stainless steel full system. Why would i touch my exhaust? Because if i can hear it cooling down, (and yes it is a tinging noise) from inside my house and the car is about 20m away im curious to know how hot it is. and as none of my previous cars (VS commodore and subaru liberty) got this hot, i was wondering why a skyline should be so different.

Hey everyone this is my first post on here so im sorry if i have repeated a post, i ran a search but could not find any relevant info. I have a 93 model GTs33 and after running for about 15 minutes at normal pace no excesive speeds etc. the exhaust is too hot to touch and can be heard cooling down from a fare distance away is this normal? Or could it be prehaps caused by un-burnt fuel in making its way to the exhaust. Any help would be greatly appreciated. The exhaust is 2 and a half inches. I am not sure of the brand but i can check tomorrow morning. Cheers.
