  2. Bay looks great. I would have expected abit more power on 1 bar tho? Nice car!
  3. Damn you guys and your GTR's!!!! *runs and hides
  4. You must have rocks in your head Haha wow honestly you got what you wanted, a quick sale. No doubt it was gonna last tho. Insane price! All the best, misses should be off your back now
  5. Is that a typo? is it meant to be 28500?
  6. Mine GT-RS runs 256rwkw @ 14psi. However, it has headwork, HKS cams, Plazaman plenum aswell. Nice results! Bet you are happy. Gets boring quick tho
  7. Wow. I was just talking about this car the other day. My mate has a 32 GTR and is going the same set up. You ran an 11.7 (or .9) didnt you after the conversion?
  8. I dont think I have an exhaust restriction. I run a RSR front pipe to some cat (with centre still in tact), then out to a 3.5inch stainless cat back. I'm not really sure whether the cat is high flow or not, but its flowing enough to reach 260rwkw, so I doubt its not an upgraded item.
  9. I have not played with the gain or anything on my Gizmo IBC. I have the same issue... I spike to 1.3 bar and drop to 1 bar. If anyone can recommend some settings with my set up to get the freaking thing to hit and hold, it would be great. Nearly any boost I chase just results in huge spike then back to actuator pressure (or close to it)
  10. Im going to the drags tomorrow night with some Mickey T ET streets. I'll dial up the RSM and see what it does to 100 on semis
  11. Passed over pits. LOL they must not have looked hard. Its clearly marked with "HKS" and "GT" and "HKS" and "GT-RS turbine"
  12. You are meant to enjoy the joys of a GT-RS with its ported compressor housing. Sheesh!
  13. I know cars drop revs. But this thing was dying, no two ways about it. I have not seen an RB with such an issue yet. I can assure you none of my Rb25s (or mates RB20s) have come anywhere near dying when removing the cap, nor is there any real "choofing", and as for oil, one or two splatters on the cam cover only. The S15 was in a different league, and yes, thats a different league to the other S15's I checked. A friends S15 checked the very next day seemed to have a nice choof, but would idle, and not splatter oil everywhere. The S15 I checked was litterally blowing oil out, not splattering it. IMO thats excessive. Also noticable on shut off, the engine ran on, which I saw as a sign of low compression in the cylinders. Everyone has different ideas on blow by and what is 'excessive', but I'm happy I walked away from that one! I won't be touching one again in that state either
  14. Purple is stocko for RB25, but it looks to be a different purple again lol. If I were you, the risk is too big, why muck around with all that. Snap up a second hand set of nismo 555s or 740s for 700 bucks, plug and play.
  15. Love the Jade
  16. I checked out an S15, full service history for 120thou k. Everything looked great, took the oil cap off and dear son of rajab. The car couldn't idle, on the verge of stalling, and it was blowing oil drops out that high it covered the underside of the bonnet, and even made its way onto both front gaurds However, I've noticed many SR's have loads more blow by then any RB I've encountered.
  17. It even has a setting the enter your tire sizes to make it accurate again And I think the g sensor stops it from counting distance when you are doing xxkm/h but not pulling the g's to match
  18. I dunno about the iphone app etc, but many people have tested RSM's and found them to be within a tenth or so of their times on the strip. Considering it intercepts your computers speed and revs and uses a g sensor to correct, it should be fairly reliable.
  19. If buying new, why not go 740's. Plenty of room to never have to upgrade again.
  20. The daily driver... Hence these...
  21. I thought stock Rb25 injectors were purple, not red?
  22. Get an Apexi RSM
  23. Brand new? Thats cheap for a genuine trust turbo!
  24. Whenever Hamo set a fastest lap, the next lap Webber reset it. They were toying with each other. If Hamo truely had the pace to beat Webber, he wouldnt have sat back and accepted second like he did for most of the race. Webber was clearly in a conservative mode for the race, responding to the mind games when needed to show his car had pace to burn, if required.
