Yeh its definitely not any different, and I dont believe many R33's would be making 180rwkw on just a cooler and zorst either lol. Considering they put out 130-140rwkw stocko, throwing a zorst and cooler on for an extra 40rwkw is a pretty good gain! In the end all figures are useless anyway. MPH is the true test, so lets hope the thread starter gets the 32 to the track and can get some good mph Im a jealous 25 owner here, I cant handle figures so easily near mine ok jks
-
Im skeptical of producing fly wheel kilowatts are the rear wheels with only a zorst and a cooler. But all dynos are different, the mph is where its backed up. And a 160rwkw 32 should def be passing 100mph like most are saying theirs are Hmmm zorst and cooler and 206rwkw, now that sounds nice:D
-
Thats a pretty big increase from having 160 at the fly to 160 at the rears. Sweet as. Time to bin the NEO!
-
Hopefully the time is correct, but 160rwkw from a cooled and zorsted RB20 is an all mighty ask. I definitely wouldnt think the power is accurate at all imo. If its true, im selling up, because thats what my nearly standard neo makes!

R34 Gt-t With Quality Mods, Manual Coupe
Granthem replied to yellow submarine's topic in For Sale (Private Whole cars only)
Nice car mate. I saw it at dynamics. It has all the mods I wish my R34 had! -
yeh thats around what you would expect for the mods listed. 100mph on the stock computer boost and turbo like the others are running is going well!

R34 Head Lights... Interchangable Btwn All Models?
Granthem replied to iR34GTR's topic in Exterior & Interior Styling
Yeh as above first are non xenon halogen lights and the second are the xenon factory option. The hid gets cut out but mine were just convered back to halogen bulbs during compliance. I still have the xenon lights however and they are back to HID. Personally I think the Xenons look by far the best! As for the silver trimming, the xenons in the GTTs have the same trimming, its not black like you suggested -
Really? Whoa... there are some major discrepancies with results in the drag area. I know there are many variables and we are talking about 20 year old cars which doesnt help, but thats good mph. On the same track (We race at benaraby raceway) my mates SR sil, hiflo turbo, cooler, zorst, 17ish psi boost managed 98mph. Obviously you would expect higher if you are pulling 100 with such minimal mods, considering the SR has bucket loads or torque. Without coming up with excuses most cars seem to be abit down on what they should be at Benaraby. Then again, a dead stock JZX100 Chaser was pulling 94ish MPH, which is pretty much the same MPH I was pulling back when I first got the 34. Hmmmm its interesting. But from my expericences of sitting and watching/racing against, most 32 skylines with coolers and boost are not coming near 100mph. Congrats to those who do though, you are obviously making some good power

I have a VPW one. Got it from AMEC. To be honest, for the price, the fitment is not what you would expect. Its not bad as such, but the side facing the windscreen I expected to hug the pillar abit more. If I screwed it into place however, I could pull it in. I didnt want any screw holes though so I am using badge tape. I will definitely be going Greddy next time, however, greddy is for 60mm gauges I believe? I havnt seen 52mm holes anyway.

I say track it and really find out. To be honest I think the iphone meter is way off. An exhaust and FMIC has your Rb20 pulling 103mph over the quarter? That is big MPH for not many mods! Considering stock is low 90mphs at best, thats is a massive increase. Not ragging on your car but I believe it is far off being accurate. My 34GTT pulls a 14.0 with a cat back and boost, at a best trap speed (not on the quickest run) of 99mph, for comparison. Also on topic, 2.5 seconds for a 60ft is pretty slow, but its not easy to get it right. Anything near the 2 flat is doing pretty well. Whatever you shave off in the 60ft, double it and thats what will be off your time by the end (generally speaking this is pretty accurate) If your car really is hitting 166kmph, you should be well into the 13s!

Not many GTRs in red around. However, in that last pic. I really dont like the retro fitted projector headlight. I would much prefer the stock headlight

Thats strang how the rear dont go very low. My cuscos allow the car to be pretty slammed Cheap price dont expect these to last long -
You will wanna raise that. The tires say hello to yours guard pretty quickly when lowered. Or at least for mine
-
Love the ZR1. No guessing who was going to win that one though. Lol. At least the other cars were closer in comparison
-

Well testing the waters at least. With the market the way it is at the moment these sort of cars are not shifting quickly. Yeh I guess I just love the AWD, pumped guards and awesome times a near stock GTR can pull. 34 is out of the question, so Im looking towards a later model R33! Thanks for the kind words, if nothing pops up that takes my fancy, I will have no trouble holding onto it.
