i wouldnt say all intercoolers are the same. its not really a huge deal on a street only car, but you'll find a good quality cooler will have a greater temperature drop across the cooler. i wouldnt stress about pressure drop to much, again for a street only car its not an issue. IMHO if there isnt a pressure drop of some amount, then the cooler doesnt "cool" well enough.

the 1 on the left IS from an rb26, i DONT want the cam gear cover ur talking about. the pic on the left is the mounting plate for the cover. it bolts to the head Behind the cam gears, then you attach the cam gears and the cover (the bit with rb26 on it which i already have) bolts onto this part. i can give you the nissan part number for it. without this metal plate there is nothing for the cover to attach to. also if ur charging $200 just for front and valley covers your prices are way to high. you can have carbon firbe ones for around the same money. hi stuart, thanks for the offer but i found 1 already. cheers Ray

howdy folks. up for grabs is both front guards from a ser2 stagea. they are the factory yellow colour. the drivers side has a tiny scratch/dent on it that can be easily repaired. $100 each or the pair for $175. pm me if your interested. prefer local pick up, but can post at your expense. i sometimes go past other cars in the right lane only a few kph faster than them, usually to piss off the dickhead thats 1/16th of an inch off my bumper! im courteous to those that offer me the same courtesy.

im after a coil cover or "valley cover" for an rb26. it doesnt have to have an ornament plate as im replacing it anyway. paint condition doesnt matter cos im painting it too. let me know what you have. also need the cam gear cover backing plate as well.

+1 for the 1000 pages maybe we should all start a class action against the government (ah la vodafone) for never teaching ppl to drive in the first place. we could all claim to have PTSD from driving on the rd with them. but seriously, these threads can be a good for venting frustration, but careful you dont get it closed. my gripe goes to all the van and SUV drivers out there!! get the F#%K out of the right lane when our not overtaking!!
