i got my gears done mines at 220awk (std dumps) my mechanic put them in for 100-150 round about i noticed that it isnt as flat at the low revs (which was pissing me off) - worth the while, ive seen a couple of tomei sets go for 220-240 on the forums which is a decent price! so yes, DOO ITT!!

correct me if im wrong but i thought that only the series 3 had HID. also, i think there is some difference with the oil drive collar between early and late 33gtr's. series 1 had a flat dash surround (which is shit and peels), as series 2 and 3 have an embossed dash surround where it sort of 'bulges'. thats all i can think of atm cheers

ahaha, how strange my brother works for volkswagen and brought this car home tonight! believe me a really nice car, the blue paint and interior (especially the front seats! drools :S) are top notch. It is really tidy. has all the goodies heated and adjustable bucket seats, touch screen display, sat nav the list goes on. as for the dsg, if you had ear muffs on you wouldnt be able to tell when the car changed gears, its that smooth. Funny enough, just before we left an xr6 for dead by multiple car lengths, and he had a rolling head start. really nice car overall (p.s: i wouldnt trade my gtr though)

gday guys, done some quick searching and havent found a definate answer. i was wondering, does the r34 airbag (gtt or gtr) fit on the r33? and if it does, will the airbag hook up properly? my reason for this is change is that the s1 r33 gtr steering wheel is hideous, and i cant stand to look at it another day. thanks stef

gday dont mean to hijack but mine does something very similar - only at lows speeds though while sidways (i.e.: skating a roundabout) i thought it was because the front tyres were hopping on the road as it only happens when the car is really crossed up, is this the same with you?

from what i know a less restrictive exhaust can be causing your spike in boost. my mate with a 33gtst had great boost control while stock - after he put on his hks superdrager.. boost control turned to shit. if ur not planning on going for big power just get a ebc and get the stock computer retuned - something safe 13psi'ish?? will take care of ur problem and will make it safe to run that higher boost for not that much of a cost. hope this helps. stef

lol i bet ya anyone on this forum (bar the skylines prior r32) is considered a hoon by 90% of road users. my nonna is 70 sumthing and knows what a skyline is. enthusiast or not - your still a hoon thanks to the TV and all the latest BS. just yesterday got a note from the EPA for an noise test - turns out some f**kstick in my street dobbed me in? to be honest my car is pretty quiet compared to a honda with a cannon and i dont flog it. Just normal driving and have been reported. i honesty think were all going to get shafted sooner or later especialy if ur like me and r on ur p's - but the 26 is too good to piss off lol
