Yeah i'd love to see some vids of the dirty smoking mx5 too!! I had 4 runs, blew off a cooler pipe on one, spun on another, my walkthrough was another but the second lap I had was pretty clean (albeit mainly sideways) ! Netted a 1:31 which wasn't too bad for the smokey ol girly car! The oil appeared to subside after the event and today it was a fair bit more tasteful!

I thought it was great!! The track was a good mix of stuff and was nice and challenging!

i've only just finished building this turbo setup so i've got a few little NA go fast bits lying around, I'll bring them along!

It's a hairdressers car! How could it NOT be a slouch compared to the might of RB Powah?? If anyone wants a perm and blowdry i'll try to make some time during the day..

So I thought i'd pipe up and admit it's me with the Mx5.. It's got a Haltech E8 on it, if your techedge is easily removed it'd be a great help! It will have a decent base map but I just want to give it a tidy up from there..

Hi guys I bought this LT8 a year ago and the guy assured me it had a Mazda 4cyl base map.. I've wired up the car to find it's got a Nissan 6 Cylinder base map instead.. I've also got a carbon fibre hand controller/cable and a serial out laptop adaptor for easy tuning. No loom, but I can include the microtech plugs so you can make your own. I'm looking for $500 for the lot. I'm based in Canberra but am happy to post elsewhere.

Beer Baron, I saw the add when searching this forum, and replied to his email address! It's not that complex. I reneged some of my harsher comments because some people on here just wanted to rant and put the guy down. I'm giving him a chance because he's a mod on here and people seem to know him. (Remember i'm an administrator of a forum myself, so i've seen these dramas be taken too far) Blitz yeah the last email he hasn't replied to, the others took a while to come through too. The story smells suss, so i want it resolved. If you honestly don't think it reads suss i'd be surprised! It feels like he's just been feeding me info to keep me waiting. I've got his mobile number now, so i'll give the guy a call. If we resolve things i'll delete the thread. Problem solved. It just sucks that it had to come to this.

Oh and don't give the guy too much shit, i'm fairly sure he works during the day and doesn't have access to a computer, so you're sorta picking on a defenceless guy!

Hey guys, yeah don't get all high and mighty on this. The guy has responded to most of my emails, but hasn't to the last one. It's dragged on long enough that i want a resolution! I understand he's a mod on here, hence why i started the thread. It's fairly bad press for the guy, but that's what you get for dicking around! I have tried to contact him via PM and i don't have his number. I don't think he's a bad guy, i think he's just been slack in this case and i'm fed up! I just want a resolution and there is no doubt at all that this thread will catch his attention and make him react.
