the aluminium is bent in a metal bender... it provides a near complete seal... box and lid are joined by allen head bolts... im currently setting up a website, so no pics yet. give me your email and ill send you some pics. cheers Linton

you will smell oil, and it will smoke, its a smell that doesnt disappear in a hurry. the bleed points, one will be at the front of the plenum and one at the top radiator hose i think. they are 10mm bolts that have a little yellow sticker near them.... undo them both, when coolant starts coming out put that one back in, then when it starts coming out the other, put the bolt back in that. you may have a leaking water line to the turbo, did you check the washers?? maybe you dropped one or something. did you bend the pipe or man-handle it in any way?? cheers Linton

ok guys....ive had a breakthrough....i got the airbox out of my car...things are all go. getting aluminium on thursday...gonna drill into em and get heaps done. got some guys that have defects to clear so they will be first in line...jeez im a nice guy. looking at around $100 for the boxes.... will also be further modifying these down the line...which will equal a price rise, but more on that later. not sure if a 33 box will fit in a 32...but we'll have a look. cheers Linton

yeh i was down there....was gonna pull up, but there were no parks...i was already tired so i left for home. next time though...ill probs be down this weekend...will let you's know. doodz...i (Garage Debris) am making up some aluminium airboxes and radiator panels. same as UAS items although will be alot cheaper and better.... i have a UAS one in my 33 and not happy with it....it does nothing except put a box around the filter. havent got prices yet either, will sort that out after 1st one is made. cheers Linton

have a look at the viva garage 32... it makes plenty of power from a 2530.

hey guys, first box is made....in my car....needs some further touching up, but overall, im happy with it. looks good... will make up the radiator panel tonight and chuck it on so you guys can see it. after looking at the engine bay, a similar box around the washer bottle and fuse box would look good. might look into this if anyones interested. will be down in newy tomorrow. anyone wanna meet up at bar beach...bit after lunch. someone else post up a time... prices are confirmed $50 for radiator panel $100 for airbox. will take orders tomorrow or email me at [email protected] with your address and whether you have standard i/c piping or a pipe going over the radiator. cheers guys Linton

it was in hpi No. 31, cover car...had loads of mods. the interior pictures and engine bay pic are lifted straight out of the magazine, but the exterior has different rims and no wing. it has had a fully rebuilt engine with loads of apexi parts, with an apexi AX 53B70-P25 ball bearing turbo. 268rwkw. the car was also in WA when it was published. are they the same 2 cars....hard to tell....but i'd be staying away from it just in case. if it still had the mods, u'd think he'd list them... cheers Linton

hey mate, my 33 came with blue badges from japan, im sick of ppl thinkin its an NA thats been turboed. i might be interested in swapping. depends how hard the badges are to remove... my GTR wing could not be removed as it was cemented on to the boot lid. cheers Linton

hey gruntin, that was me. i missed the cruise coz i turned up at 10.00 to see nobody at the carpark i thought it was, went around other carparks then did another lap past the original. thought it must have been 9.30 leave, so i took off in search of the others. ended up goin to the entrance. my bad. my clutch was slipping pretty badly anyway, so good thing i didnt catch anyone. might not have been able to drive home. anyways, kerri and i had a good day anyway. next cruise, definatley!!!! cheers Linton
