haha lol, the only reason i ask is because when i was young one of my uncle's had a white r33 and i was trying to pinpoint what year, all i know is that it was in the 90's, im pretty sure it was mid 90's but i was very young i can only just remember it and remember sitting in it. edit: i think it might have been when they first came out because mum said i was 6 or 7.

they are all jealous mate lol. honestly its up to you if you think you have made a mistake, dont listen to what other people say. since they are pretty old now you could have a few things start to break, engine will be getting old and tired also so you have to be weary of that. normal servicing isnt that expensive, modifying can be expensive. it all comes down to can you budget if something does go wrong? but if your confidant in the condition of the gtr than you dont have anything to worry about. hope that helps you a bit

sorry to hear about this mate . bmw is the way to go, depends on your budget also as audi's are very comfortable and have great seats too. ive been in a e46 m3 and can say those seats are great and have good power i was close to getting one but went with the r34 gtr. good luck in your search.

agreed its not as easy as 'just bolt a turbo on and off you go' when you get off your p's. it will cost you even more money to get a turbo working properly on it. i know its your money and you can do what you want with it but please think about it a bit more. the end result will be that it wont be very fast and when it comes to getting a turbo on it it will cost you a hell of alot more.

i dont understand why it bothers you so much, who cares if they dont know, its not hurting you in anyway or affecting you. if its illeagal so what? what isnt illeagal these days, you get fines now for leaving your car unlocked. in vic i havnt seen any thread with someone saying cops got me for turbo timer mainly because i think they are to busy getting you for exhaust noise atm lol, maybe its different in SA?
