lol that sounds about right what you have to understand is that australians are one of the worst drivers in the world. they are arrogant and only think about themselves and are too involved in there own little worlds to realise what is happening around them, also they hate being overtaken by another driver its like a sin or something to overtake someone else and they get all angry about it. or they just sit in the right lane and not overtake or acknowledge anything going on it pisses me off, i hate aussie drivers and im one of them. end rant. i read a good article a few weeks back about a guy coming to australia who lived over in europe and is amazed how bad it is hear.In fact i have read quite a few articles like that.

it should be more quicker and rev more freely because it weighs less than a holden or ford im almost 100% on that because i have checked myself once before.

my parents have a saab and got a letter saying that saab filed for a reorganisation in sweden and will continue to operate as usual. so they will be back on there own in sweden.

i wouldnt boost mine up any more than 11psi ive herd that the r34 turbo's cant handle as much because of the nylon wheel. once i get the rest of my exhaust in ill have all the minor mods done and ill probably have my ebc set on about 9 or 10 psi when it is installed to be on the safe side. but thats just me im to scared, i dont want something to happen.

i got the same intercooler and got the guys at eas performance to fit it for me and the only cutting that was done was the plastic bits on the front of the standard r34 front bar and that was it. i can see mine sits up against the reo bar but no cutting or trimming on it at all.

lol thats a funny post but kinda doesnt answer his question. so if your after a relaxing holiday go to apollo bay i used to go there evey year and stay in holiday homes there the best. there are lots to choose from i cant remember the one we go to though but its really good. its nice and relaxing there because there isnt heaps of people around plus there are lots of good hiking spots around and fantastic views, one side is the ocean and the other are the hills i love it. its right near skene's creek anyway.

i just had my test, it came in at 94db but i wasnt very happy with the way the test was carried out considering it was a busy road and on the other side of that road was a tyre shop making alot of noise, and i had to pay $38 for something that took this guy under 5 mins to do the whole test. he was a very rude guy. i think its near impossible to have a fast car and have the sound under 90db with these engines, i think they test them up to high in the rev range, the amount of times im that high is very rare im usually in traffic and you can barely hear mine. i can come home at night and not wake up my mum which is saying something cause she is a light sleeper lol.

just got my first epa for exhaust noise yay. got a question. the nearest place for me to get tested is about 30-35mins away now can any exhaust place check to see if it is legal before i go to one of these places for the real test? i have a 5zigen cat back its a proper muffler to not a cannon plus has another resonator in the system.

damn, pissed off i couldn't make it but my car wasn't up for a big cruise at the moment, its in the middle of getting new tyres and a service and new dump pipe and cat, also just put in some nismo s tune suspension, so it will be ready for the next cruise.i cant wait

it sounds like straight cut gears and i like it . but im no expert, im just going by what i hear.

my r34 is auto and i love it. main reasons are because i wanted it as a daily driver and i deal with some heavy traffic most of the time. and if i start making it faster than the clutch is going to be harder and harder and it will drive me nuts, considering i had an accident a while ago resulting in having a bad leg and wouldnt be able to keep the clutch pressed in it hurts too much after a long period of time.

it came with the car, but by the looks of it its just stock shocks and some lowered springs which are blue. not sure what brand they would be.

good idea i own a 1971 ford gtho phase 111 id love to crush it and get $3000 towards a new car. wow the government are so awsome and smart lol. ( my whole statement is sarcastic). honestly its the stupidest thing i have ever heard, you cant get rid of all the classic cars out there. also $3000 isnt going to help much for a new car either, unless i have a real bomb that doesn't run then i could get the money and buy another bomb that does drive. edit: my car is still safe for one more year lol.

thanks mate, i intend to keep it that way as well. The only thing i want to add on the outside is a nice front lip once my new nismo suspension goes on which will raise the front a little because it sits way too low.

saw a nice silver r33 s2. im pretty sure it had sau stickers, i saw it at tullamarine/airportwest driving past.

i didn't know so many r34's had them removed when they came hear. that makes mine rare , they never removed mine. looks so cool when you turn them on as well.

after reading all this i must live in the best suburb of melbourne lol. i have driven past plenty of cops and they dont even look at my car, i have a front mount and exhaust. in a space of 20 mins i drove past 4 cop cars once and not one of them had a second glance also driven side by side with them at traffic lights and nothing. i have even been waved through booze buses even when i used to be on my p's. all up ive only been with the cops twice and both were booze buses, in a space of almost 4 years driving. i love where i live now . p.s where i live they mainly pull over old unroadworthy cars, i see them alot on the side of the road with the yellow sticker.
