ive herd the interior of the new mustangs are rubbish but i think the sound of that v8 would make me feel happy, but with a price tag like that you would expect something alot better. thats why im eventually going to buy a 67 or 68 mustang and do it up because i think the older ones were the best. but then again the new gt500 is awsome.

im sad i missed it because i am a new member i emailed the form and money last week. the only reason i couldn't make it was because i had to pick up my new suspension so i guess it is a good enough reason, now i cant wait to put it on. for people that might be wondering i got a full set of springs and shockers of teins superstreets but they are not coilovers.i hope to meet you all soon and have a chat.

i saw this on the news this morning. it is very sad considering its so close to christmas as well which makes it worse. RIP, i hate hearing stuff like this but the real sad thing is it wont be the last.

that mustang is awsome. to tell you the truth id probably kill for a mustang they are my fav car of all time, i still love skylines though. anyway i saw a black dodge viper on the freeway heading to the airport but they turned off and headed toward airport west. i gave them a thumbs up and they gave it back, seemed like nice guys they were pretty young too.

i have an r34 too now i got it about a month ago. my subaru used to have the same snow button as well its got to do with driving on an icy road or just on snow. so when you take off in the snow or if the road has ice on it it will take off in a higher gear so you dont get any wheel spin. this is what i have been told by alot of people that know there stuff so id say thats what it is.

hopefully i can get there im going to fill out my membership and direct deposit the money ( i love internet banking) i have a r34 4 door so go the 4 doors .

ok you said its there problem and choice to break the road laws. which is partly true because it is there choice but it won't just be there problem it will become everyones problem. you drive a skyline you represent skylines they already have a bad name and so does alot of other cars. also you are representing SAU the people that give you the chance to go on track days and organise a heap of great cruises and things to do. also if you dont want to be a member than fair enough but every unofficial cruise organised and discussed on this site is still linked to skylines australia and will still give them a bad rep. i am just new hear but i still think i can have an opinion and that is mine and the way i see it.

some stock brakes can be good but my last car was a subaru rx it had disks at the front and drums at the rear and they were the worst brakes ever even with good pads. i just had them machined and all fixed up and they still made a grinding sound after 10 mins of driving,, it sounded like it had no brake pads but they did. and when i had a few people in the car braking was a bitch it wouldn't pull up quick enough. but driving in the wet was great it stuck to the road like glue. anyway cars these days come with good brakes as standard.

im actually really looking forward to joining SAU and meeting new people and going on the official cruises. i think no matter what there is always somebody that doesn't think and will do something silly and thats because they are probably running on adrenaline. i think every car should have classical music playing in there car you will be too calm and relaxed to to do anything stupid . my car probably won't fit in with all you guys and girls cause mine is completly stock and i think that is a good enough excuse to fix it up a bit, woohoo time to spend some money!!

ive got the vibration problem as well happens in the low revs but once it picks up its fine but the difference is that mine is tiptronic and not manual.

sorry about the suspension i wasn't sure if it was the same or not, but now i know so ill definately go there for a bit more info on suspension. by the way id like to recommend upgrading your brakes alot of people neglect them and just look at more power and when you see a high powered car with nice rims but the smallest little brakes ever i find it funny. i recommend upgrading to the turbo brakes they are fantastic my car had them installed when i bought it and it stops very fast and makes you feel more safe. plus they fill the stock rims very nicely and makes it look a hell of alot better. i know its not really a good write up but its a great upgrade for a n/a skyline and should give you peice of mind. just remember if you want more power you still need to stop!

its an ok game but i still think underground 2 was the best. i cant do the drifting at all in this one i suck at it, especially when you try and flick it in the opposite direction its like trying to turn a truck into a maccas drivethrough it just wont work. i love the drag racing though that is fun i got my new mustang gt500 doing 8 seconds now. at the moment i use the r34 gtr for the track but it dosnt turn anymore it sucks and the back end slides out all the time as well now, i think it must have too much torque or something. but that pagani zonda is awsome i use it for the high speed and damn its fast. for people thinking of getting it id say go for it cause it has a great line up of cars and alot of fun with fine tuning and getting your car perfect plus graphics are great as well.

now i know the title says how to get more power but i was wondering if this would expand and cover other things like suspension components and stuff like that. i like power but im interested into other parts as well, like at the moment im looking for some new springs and thinking of buying some tein springs just to lower it a bit for a better ride height and so i dont get thrown to the other side of the car when just going around a roundabout slowly. so im just throwing something out there and in the end i think it should end up on the main forum page for everyone to see its a brilliant idea.

i would classify it as an engine mod and im pretty sure so would the cops. my car has a yellow air filter in it and im not sure what brand it is but it makes a sucking sound but its not very loud though. the weired thing is ive driven past lots of cops in my skyline and they have never pulled me over at all. in my area they tend to just pull over old bombs and holdens and fords with stockies on the rear.

is it possible for anyone to guess its a r33 other than the VIN i guess.

i went yesterday with some mates and it was pretty boring, the only good thing was of course the skyline, that is one hot car. oh and getting a free pack of cards and a poker voucher and thats it.

awsome car it looks fantastic in fact ive got no words that do justice for it, especially those brakes i bet it stops in a hurry. im looking for a gtr rear spoiler as well i love the look of them.

my grandparents live in sale so i head up there a few times a year and i know my way around there quite well. i always go for a walk around the lake there, im usually wrecked after it though lol. ill be heading back up there again soon in my new r34. watching those roulettes practice is always awsome to watch.

hey everyone first off i have done a search on this. now i own a r34 25gt and when driving in first gear and in low revs i get a weired vibration between 2 and 3 thousend rpm, then when it goes above and changes gears its fine. to explain it a bit better when im at the traffic lights and i take off, between roughly 2 and 3000 rpm i get a vibration that feels like its coming from somewhere at the rear of the car then after getting out of the low gear all is good and the gear changing is all fine. when i did the search i found different things about vibration isssues but they were all with manual transmission and mine is the tiptronic. thanks in advance.

i forgot to ask one more thing how come on the v spec models with it, it dosn't sit as low is it because the front bar is smaller or something like that?

my car is still at its stock height so it would fit ok but then i was thinking it wont line up with the rest of the body so i would have a low front and the rest would still be high. but then again it makes it look sooooooo awsome. i might have to photo shop and try and see what it would look like. thanks for the info as well.

that looks awsome. i have a 4 door r34 as well and ive been looking for a gtr vspec front lip that attaches to the front bumper they look awsome, does anyone know where to get one? also would it attach straight onto my normal front? in my mind it looks good i wonder what it would really look like.
