Custom Front mount fin cooler core, made by I.C steel fabricators. Dimensions: max width: 84cm min width: 62cm height: 31cm thickness: 7.5 cm rows: 18 The story: i bought this from a bloke on SAU that was dismantling his s1 r33 and selling all the parts. The car it came from ran 306rwkw and had no cooling problems at all. After having large plans for my s1 r33 i bought this FMIC, however when it came time to install, the tuner at chequered tuning said my HKS cooler was doing its job fine and only would need to upgrade to this bad boy if things started getting heavier. So basically, i bought this over a year ago, it has sat in my garage and never been used by me, i bought it for $450 + postage. my Nissan skyline 1993 r33 s1 skyline up for grabs . . . time to sell as im headed to south america in a month and have no money lol. ey guys...... my auto when i wack it into reverse the reverse lights work fine !!!! but when the brake is applied the right reverse light turns off..... take your foot off the brake and back on it comes ?!?! . . . this only happens to the right hand side?? . . . i thought that it would be a power issue..as it lights up fine and the when both lights are required to light up it doesnt have enough power.... i have tried changing globes . . need help asap!!!!?! cheers alex

well finally i have to give her up. . . this car has been my project for 2+ years now and i just didnt get to finish her. seeing summer is coming up and i wannna do other things with my money im gonna let this go for a quick sale. r33 s1 1993 gunmetal grey skyline. 188,000kms ( put a new engine in at 165,000 kms ) the 2nd hand engine had 88,000km on it when i put it in. when it went in i did the full 100,000 km service on it engine : stock internals t04e garrett turbo 6 boost high mount manifold ( 100kms old) turbosmart external hypergate 45mm ( 1000km old) jjr coilpacks ( 7000 kms old ) hks front mount intercooler apexi air filter z32 afm power fc with HC ( HC brand new ) exedy heavy duty clutch 3 inch dump pipe with 3 1/2 inch zaust to dual muffler ( hi flow cat and muffler ) bosche 040 fuel pump denso 550cc injectors greddy profec b spec II boost controller oil catch can greddy turbo timer body: gtr front bar ( just fitted and sprayed ) new headlights crystal clear ( old ones were foggy ) gtr side skirts gtr rear pods volks racing rims ( tyres need replacing ) sprayed calipers carbon fibre d wing interior: leather door inserts speco metre boost guage metal pedals some japanese head unit with sony explode speakers RWC : N/A now the story : i bought this car with a blown engine in her . ever since i have been building her up. after money spent everywhere i am only one step away from finishing..but i simply cannot afford it anymore seeing im 20 and a uni student. everything on this car is tip top and some things are barely used since my last workshop. about 2 weeks ago it made 260rwkw @ 17.5 psi . . unfortunately the turbo gave way a week later ( its a t04e so i expected it ) the manifold has a t3 flange on it . i was going to chuck on a gt3076r ( $1600 ) plus lines and work it will be around $2500 tuned. the car will be a monster as everything else including engine are in tip top nick . before the last tune it has been running 14psi at 250rwkw. im sad to let it go at such a low price but i just have to move on. any test welcome . the only problems u will find will be. new tyres ( which i havnt replaced since i bought the car over 2 years ago ) and the turbo. the car had 165000kms on it when i bought it and now has 188000 . so in over 2 years i have barely drivin her . im asking for $12,000 firm. i have over $30,000 in receipts. no shortcuts taken and i have always serviced her every 5000kms and wash her weekly . . this is a solid car just waiting for a little coin to be spent and she will fly!!! the last tune was done by trent @ status tuning in dandenong. i will post pics tomorrow as it is dark now. im in S/E suburbs melbourne call alex on 0407518086 (03) 97720111

hey all . . . sooo about one week ago i finally got my car tuned with a t04e on it . . it made 260rwkw on 17.5 psi . . it was smiles all round . . until the other night i took it for a spin and well now . . she blows alot of smoke and the turbo sounds like a dentist drill . . haha ah well . . so out comes that turbo and goin in is a gt3076r garrett high mount . . . now to the point . . the t04e didnt have coolant lines goin to it . . and i am struggling to find info to where the coolant feed comes from . . i know it drains down under the manifold to that bolt . . but where do i tap in for the feed?? i have no idea. . i read somewhere of tappin into your heater hoses on the return side so your heaterisnt stinkin hot all the time..hhaha . . . could anyone lend me a hand hand to where the coolant feed line goes?? cause god dam it its been a yr building this car and now this already . . hahaha . . anyhelp would be grand. . its a r33 s1 rb25det all supporting mods ect cheers alex

ey all.... ahh just a quick question... i have a r33 .. i need to get it tuned i know!!!.... but for some reason.. it idles fine most of the time...but if i bump up the revs a bit and them take my foot of the accel. so the revs drop... it will hunt... like seriously hunt... sometimes it will just konck out.. other times it will just hunt but about to die... usually if i take for a squirt.. or sometimes when i just have to stop at lights and take my foot of the accel at 2000rpm . . . i dont think its the aac valve or n e thin there . . maybe fuel ??... im running a power fc with t04e high mount and all the rest of it... any ideas n e one??

cheers for the reply's guys.... ahhh another thing that takes me to the rear indicator is that there was some water in it recently... yeah gotta seal it up but maybe the module got wet and is now f./#@ed ... i dunno jump out with a multimeter tomorrow and check i guess...might go and look at some new globes to knock that out aswell.... besides that... auto lecky.... grrrrrrr..........

ey all....ok tripping me out this is....... all my indicators work.... left side flashes fine and everything...right hand side flash's fast ( like one globe is out ) but they all work..... so then i thought that maybe when i had my new front bar put on the new indicator on the front was not giving enough wattage so the system thinks one is out..... ( its one o those horizontal little things ) so i then switched the left hand side ( working fine ) into the right socket and still the same problem..... but then it gets weirder.... i pull out the rear right hand indicator and replaced it with about 3 spares i had... 2 o them made no differnce.... but one of them made the blink slow up...but still goin fast..so it was like a semi pace blink... i have no idea's... was thinking either checkin my relays.... but if one of the bulbs made it slow up then it has to be something to do with wattage.... so i also swapped out my lft rear bulb and put it in the right... still no difference.... n e help would be appreciated...this is so bloody frustrating

so i ran the car down today to have my new dump pipe and screamer made up... i have a high mont t04e with a hypergate 45mm external gate...ebc ( greddy profec b ) i had a jjr external gate on it before and since the change i cant get it to boost over 5 psi..the gate just opens no matter what ... i tried playin with the boost controller up the boost n that...still 5-6 psi ( which i assume is the ext gates spring ) now the ebc was installed all perfectly cause i have been running 16 psi with the other ext gate .... only changes i have made is now i have 2 vcuum lines goin to the gate ( the old one i only had one,comin from the solenoid) but now i have one from the plenum aswell... and that vacuum source used to go on my microtech ecu but now has changed to a power fc... i am completely stumped to y the boost controller is basically in active .. it still reads the boost and everything on the profec b... any ideas??..could it be the vacuum lines?? any help would be greattt alex

check cooler piping, vac lines, and disconnect the stock solenoid.. u have a profec b...that controlls it all now..

have one on my car dude...its making 250rwkw at 14.5psi.....problems are that it is laggy as shit....max torque is at 4600rm... is it externally gated??.. are you gonna high mount it?? u have a lot of things to do b4 chuckin it on.... man..save your money for a little longer and chuck on something respectable like a gt3076r... great power..great response..ggreat reliablity....poor man pays twice... trust me.... i god dam hate my t04e

s/e suburbs in melbourne......ahhh its the top or bottom edge of the flange......( picture the turbo flange sitting on the manifold... i want to machine the flange so i can slightly angle the turbo away from the block so i can have more room , cause its hitting it atm)..... cheers

just wondering if anyone could point me in the direction of someone that could machine this flange that i have... i am in the s/e suburbs and need someone to cut a few mm of this flange i have...any help would be awsome cheers alex
