i might be interested in a group buy, depending how tempting it is, lol, and imagine everything you could do with this, watch tv, dvd, music, web, gps navigation etc awesome

its 85% ethanol and 15% petrol... it has a higher octane rating... i think around 105 depending what its made out of well its good cause you can add more timing and shit... the e85 thread by guilt-toy is a good read the only downside is that you have to use more of it, but with fine tuning i think the fuel economy wont change much, an 8.55 sec 1/4 mile supra runs on this stuff... so it has been around for a while in the states and they have taken the plunge to experiment with it... just a matter of time before we start to run on it...

im considering putting the afm into the cooler piping, and using a stock intercooler pipe for the intake, and welding or putting some nipples on it for the two hoses that connect to the intake pipe, i think this stock cooler piping i got is 2.5 inches, but i like it caus it already has a bend in it and its blackk... i might even try and weld it to a custom box, that has a pod inside, so its all in one, intake-box-pod, anyideas of how i could weld some nipples on the piping, i think its steel, or should i just get a 3" pipe to connect to the turbo, and etc

2*12 Cadence Subs, 1000watt 6 Ch Cadence Amp And Capacitor

now on ebay... link bump.... -
yehp did and got the answer, needs a standalone computer to tune the car every time fuel is changed, I'm thinking the new Vipec/Link V44 plug in for the skyline, bigger injectors, bigger turbo, and some e85 could net me some good power, at least now we wont look as stupid for turboing an NA car, because we have some advantage of high comp motors my thoughts anyway, cant wait till e85 is more readily available, t.c
-
yeh it addresses 4gb of ram, and my video card is only 512mb, which means the other 256 is allocated to other crap, but i still stand that 32 bit vista is robing me of 750mb, i'm sure graphic cards use their own ram, and if it was 64 bit, it would use close to 4gb,
-
kool thanks, il jst save for a standalone computer that can run an auto car and other mods, until e85 is more readily available

Why My Non-turbo R33 Lsd Wont Rip Up?
J3TR33 replied to Luckieee's topic in Engines & Forced Induction
hmm, your in a bit of a pickle then, i dont knw of any wheel control, and yeh the NA's do have enough power to wheel spin, it could be other variables involved, like the weight of the car or the tyre pressure, i.e how pumped they are.... i think anyway might have to wait for the other experts like eug to comment... peace -
Why My Non-turbo R33 Lsd Wont Rip Up?
J3TR33 replied to Luckieee's topic in Engines & Forced Induction
it seems that obvious, put ur car into 1st, and get the brake and acceleration right, if your holding the break down hard u wont go anywhere, when the car starts moving forward a bit accelerate more, and u should get spin -
depends which version of vista u got, the 32 bit one can only use 3.25 gb of ram, but the 64 bit one can use all 4gb, at least that's what iv herd, and my computer only shows 3.25 gb, a waste of 750 mb of ram, a good reformat should make your comp faster, and i wouldnt install every useless program or file thats out there,

im limited in terms of ecu's because my car is auto, getting a remap to run on 98 for the moment, so would i be able to do another remap to run the e85 or would i need a standalone computer to get it perfect, i.e fuel economy and reliability also, wat if i mixed 10% e85 with 90% 98Ron, would i need a tune, ? thanks

bumpsky.... anyone -
anyone want to answer my questions on the last page really interested thanks
-
ok so i asked the guys in the E85 thread in the turbo section, but they seemed to ignore it, how would i be able to run this fuel, i know it will need a tune, but what other supporting mods, and can i run it with a remap, i think this is going to be a good alternative to keeping my car from blowing up lol.. my car, de+t, exhaust, hi flow cat, fmic, turbo injectors, bosch 023 fuel pump and remap next week
-
thanks for your detailed answers fellas, now i knw
-
ok so i have a rb25+t turbo conversion, with higher comp ratio, what would i have to do to run this fuel, apart from a tune, bigger injectors? the car already has the usual mods, bosch 023 pump, Fmic, full exhaust, and getting a remap soon, thanks, sorry if it has been covered, but 20 pages is a lot of reading lol

visited sydney, and i didn't feel safe in Cross, even though the cop station is right there, but the Cbd was very safe... what is a joke about Victoria police is them fining people for having their Foglights on, i mean common, that is revenue raising at its best... its like they have to find a reason to fine you,

N/a R33 Skylines In Melbourne. (non Turbo)
J3TR33 replied to Nick.'s topic in Engines & Forced Induction
yeh carsales is a good place, does it have to be from a dealer... private cars will probably be cheaper, personally think S2 look better, but im being biased caus i own one.. i bought my Na from SSV in Oakleigh on Princess highway, car is now turbo and still hasnt missed a beat.. look around, test drive, get it inspected by a mechanic or those RACV checks and you should be all good.. -

quiet a bargain there.... jst a tad late for me lol... grrrr -
ok... took some pics... some1 please comment if there is anything wrong... thanks 1st photo: i think this is the water feed line, as you can see there is a rusty metal thing that has no hose attached to it.. good/bad? 2nd photo: two hoses connected to charcoal canister, one is blocked off with a nut, i think it was a vacuum line that ran to the manifold, at which now a vacuum line connected to the blow off valve is connected.. good/bad.. 3rd photo: water line, runs to the firewall, might be t-pieced to heater hose, return line, im guessing, good/bad? 4th photo: that goldy bronze pipe is blocked off, it may have ran to the sump, now the return oil line runs to the sump.. good/bad? The oil line was t-pieced from the oil pressure switch... i think the best place to get oil feed from.. My only concern is that the car turns off when the heater goes on, it could be the connection of the water hoses... Thanks
