  1. You wouldn't be running any more than 20 psi on pump fuel on the street anyway. The most used housing on a single 3037s would be the 0.87 for the street anyway. 1.12 would be laggier for a street car. Twin 3037S's will make 450awkw quite easily on 20 psi. However, similar power can be made using a single T04Z. Question is, how much response do you want to sacrifice?
  2. I agree, if you want ultimate response, go the big single with moderate cams. Then again, more info is required on your engine specs: capacity, cams, etc 2835's are not as responsive as say 2530's or a GT35 or TO4R/Z unless you have a 2.8L or RB30, and even then they will still have a significant amount of lag. With the 3037S's they will only be laggier and less responsive. Disco's suggestions sound very tempting also as improved response can be had with minimal power sacrifices. You could make things simpler by going for GTRS's.
  3. I heard from a realiable source tha Adrian has an N on his left bum cheek and an S on his right cheek. No confusion, Moanie
  4. Found this from a recent event called "Ten of the Best Arabia" held near Dubai, UAE: http://www.tweenierob.co.uk/skyline/totbron.wmv
  5. Hmmm.
  6. For 12K you could build quite a strong engine. I would think that a forged bottom end would be stronger than an N1, depending on who built it of course.
  7. Sounds good, Paul.
  8. mmmmmmmmm...MoTeC
  9. So, what happened?
  10. Part number/model on the springs please?
  11. I could, but it has taken him that long to get the car shipped that I don't care who he uses.
  12. hahaha. these threads alsways go OFF - literally. Low mounts v high mounts v singles. Who gives a toss? As long as it goes fast, then thumbs up. Plenty more left in XRATED's car. Well done again.
  13. I'm sure if Mark wanted to go quicker with his T51R, he could do so easily. Don't forget that Mark's car is also a FULL weight street car - ABS, air con, complete interior, etc, plus the added weight of ANDRA tech inspection compliance.
  14. There is a difference between buying a modded GTR that the owner says has this and that and rebuilt engine etc, and one where the owner can actually show you receipts of work carried out. You can then go and speak to the person/workshop who did the work and further solidify the actual work carried out. Don't rely on what the dodgey dealer or owner says as they simply want to sell the car. There are two ways you can go - either buy one under 24-25K and spent 7-12k fixing it, or buy one over 25K that has already had the problems sorted out or is in fact a clean example. There are plenty of thrashed one out there, so be patient. I would suggest that you look at some of the ones on here first as they will more than likely be owned by an enthusiast who has spent decent money on fixing any problems correctly. Which ever way you go, you will ultimately end up spending similar amounts of money, unless you get really lucky. Best of luck.
  15. Sewid is 100% correct. I will never use Kiwi/Seaway again. The saying "you get what you pay for" is so true in this case. As for damage to, and theft from my car, they passed the buck so many times and gave me so many different stroies that I gave up. It simply wasn't worth the hassle, especially after waiting more than 18 months to get the car. I have another car on its way this week, hopefully my agent hasn't gone with kiwi or else I will go to japan myself and bitchslap him.
  16. A certain person's brain failed. There are a couple of threads in FI and NSW sections.
  17. paul, What is your best 60' using real street tyres?

How much street driving do you do and how do you find the PPG box and R3C combination?
  20. Many need rebuilding becasue they are simply old and worn out. Maintenence and repairs on GTR's is more expensive then other cars, eg GTS-T's. Alot of R32 GTRs were dumped onto the Australian and Canadian import market due to the 15 year rule in the respective countries. It's like Australian car owners dumping their VN's onto, say, NZ's import market. How easy would it be to sell an abused 15 year old car to a buyer that is not even in the country? Do you think that the owners would have spent good money servicing and maintaining them knowing that they were mor than likely going o/s? Having said that, there are a few clean and well maintained R32 GTR's that have found their way here, but they are only a few.
  21. Wasn't there someone around here that was going to make some?
  22. Currently making 0rwkw. Was making 353rwkw on 1.1 bar. I agree, this thread is a bit irrelevant considering that there are individual engine power threads in FI section that have been stickied.
  23. No, but there are companies who have converted them to LHD for certain countries.
  24. Can't recall as I am there often, and I saw you in the rear vision mirror, but I do recall that you had a female passenger.
