I have a second hand one that is basically brand new.... got it out of my r33 because it didn't have the breathing line... so i had to change it again.. let me know if you are interested.. it's a boch (B41) should fit for r32.. cheers

hey everyone. can someone help me out by finding out about this PROTEX Performance Ceramic Brake Pads? are they any good? i just need something that will do the job.. don't need performance brake pads as they are way out of my budget. another thing is that don't really know whether this will fit my r33 skyline... the model No. is PROTEX Performance Ceramic Brake Pads db1165c. i searched internet for about two hours and can find protex catalogue or anything... so if anyone happens to have the part number for r33 from protex or know that db1165c is for r33, please let me know... that would be much appreciated... cheers in advance~!!!

hey mate~ yeah, thought about fitting it my self, but i need few more things done to my car things like brakes and radius rod needs to be changed etc... and if i do everything at once, then the labour would be cheaper like you said... sounds like a real tight ass, but if i can save a little i would by buying secondhand springs? or is it just a waste or time....? it might be quite hard to find second hand set of whitline's huh...... l really wanna get this done asap and cheap as possible as i'm still a student, but i wanna do the right thing and do it properly.... and you have been a great help. cheers

hey lee~~ cheers for the pictures~~ the height looks good to me~~ i just goet my exact measurment of my car height. the fron is 340mm and back is 310mm.... i don't understand why the back is significantly lower then the front... worn out shockers contribute to the height of the car at all? anyway, at this stage, i'm thinking of changing the shockers all around with remainder of front springs and get new springs for the back.... this might work out.... donno... what do y ou think? cheers~ ps, gtr body kit would be nice.... but fibreglass is cheaper~~ your front gurad looks good anyway~!

does make sense~!! and i don't wanna get a set of brand new shockers on the superlow springs and that they stuff up in a year.... might have to invest in getting the springs as well... also i'll be lucky if i get to track once a year,, not even then... so there is no point in spending extra and getting coilovers..... do you know how much the whitline springs will lower my car? by about 30mm from the original ride height? at the moment with my superlow springs i'm sitting about 60mm lower then the original ride height which is about 310 mm from hub to the guard.... thanks again for your advise lee~~ cheers~

yeah~ which means that i might need to changed the springs as well~? .... then maybe i should look at going to coilovers...? Bilsteins are 2x more then kyb = means similar price to coilovers... awh~~~ i'm gonna get the exact measurement now~~ Thanks heaps for the informations man~~ appreciated~!!

hey lee~ how's it going? i wnet to car torque and they said that they don't have any bilstein that fits r33... not sure of hub to guard measurment... is it from the centre of the wheels to the guard? i'll get the measurment again... is your car lowered as well? how's your front skirt? fixed it yet? cheers

Hello everyone~ I'm still toying with getting which shockers i need to get for my r33, and one of the options were kyb shockers... i found out that my springs are too low for the shockers, appearantley the kyb's can handle up too 50mm lowered( measured from centre to guard) but mine measures at 60mm... even if i buy the kyb's the warranty won't be coverd either because of the height.. still, i like the height and don't really wanna go for coilovers.... any good ideas? anyone? Cheers~!!

great~!! i got set of kyb quoted for 640, but yours from car torque seem to have a better price... do they have different models for r33 in they kyb range? (and where is car torque?) cheers~

Hi everyone~!! My r33's shockers need replacing soon as they are leaking... and i'm not sure what brand or what kind of shockers are suitable for my car... my car already have lowered springs on (not sure what they are it was like that when i bought the car) and i like the height as it is... as i spent a fair bit of money getting the car, i wanna minimise on spending too much money at the monent, but i wanna get a set of reliable and confortable shockers, anyone got good ideas? Kyb a good brand? how much should i expect of fitting? Cheers~!

I have the same problem. they flech really fast left and right, but hazard lights work at normal speed. i checked the fron indicators and only two of the three wires are connected to the after market indicator on my body kit... i'm assuming that the wires that are not connected to the indicators are shortening the circit? what do i do with the left over wires? any opinion? cheers in advance~!!

There are a couple of things that needs to be done fairly quickly for my car... one of them is the shockers, back and front... i was thinking pedders... was thinking of konis' originally but there were too expensive for me... any opinions? and need to find someone to fit them that i can trust.... cheers once again~!!!

It has been a great help and guid, and will be in the future now that i can post threads and communicate with fellow enthursiasts~!! cheers for a great site and the club!!! there is a couple of problem with my car that needs to be fixed though.... and want to take the car to a trustwearthy mechnic to have a look and get everything up to screch at a reasonable cost... can anyone recomand anyone?
