Any of the M35 Stagea's are using the Factory aerials in the back windows (4 in total) as they are powered and very effective. The new Digital HD tV tuner from Leon come with a pair of powered aerials. See if you can persuade to sell you a pair of unused ones. Cheers Andy

The language conversion is being worked on but still a few things to be solved before available. I thought I would have it available by now but still some difficult issues. The performance is not quite so kick in the pants but it is very close.

None of those. You are looking in the wrong end of the car. TV tuner is behind the rear left panel in the boot. Just in front of the little storage box. Cheers Andy

The natural balance of the Stagea M35 is the best on the market for the wagon with weight distribution 52% front axle and 48% rear axle. This is a great start for handling but it can be easily improved with the fitment of sway bars alone. I can do the language conversion on a series 1 M35 at NorthShore easly as my work is not far away. Cheers Andy

Aaron, to clarify a little on what the Impul ECU is allowing. First, set the Informeter to recognise 100% throttle is 4.12V Now, When I do a launch from a standing start I get around 45% throttle till about 10kph and then I get 100% throttle. On a stall launch, I get around 45% throttle. (But this was not done properly as too much traffic around). But I love this solution... looking for wire cutters on the weekend.

No, in the Settings on the Informeter you can set the Range for voltage under the Percentage. I set my max as 4.12v as advised by Iain. I guess if Iain is seeing 86% on the Nismo and still has the voltage scale set to 5.0v, then he is really getting 100% throttle opening.

+ 1000000000 for North Shore Prestige I bought my ARX from them in October 2007. Built 3/2003 it had 43'000km on it and was immaculate. It has been a dream car to have. I am very suss about all these cars built earlier than mine being sold with 60k on the clock some 4 years after I bought mine. I can tell you that North Shore only buy the best examples available. I reset the Voltage range for the throttle this morning on the the informeter and now see throttle in the 40% bracket when stalling. It was a very brief stall and not completed so this may be a little higher in reality. I will try to get a proper number later today.

To expand on the dodgy KM comment from Craig. He bought the car with a claimed 45k km's approx. When he changed the Air Con filter, the filter had the odometer reading written on it of 53000km and dated 2 years earlier. So somehow the car had traveled negative 12000km in 2 years.. The shocks on the car were KYB from memory. Also the if you have a look behind the plastic flares on the rear wheels you will see the guards have been knocked back with a hammer to stop them rubbing on the tyres. Cheers Andy

He has not done any work on this ECU and does not really know anything more than us. He has specialized in other areas.

this thread is making me laugh hard.... hahahahahahahaha So buying an ECU, giving it to tuners, find out that the reader can't rewrite on it and that nothing exists in Australia that can rewrite it.. I love flushing money down the drain... "Cant be that hard" .... oh.. famous last words I have heard so many timer.

You can not enforce agreements like that if Sony are truly negligent in their Duty of Care. They are just trying to reduce any frivolous claims.

The difference could be that the Impul was able to adjust it slightly. I will put the stock ECU back on and test in the next few days. Cheers Andy

Looks that way..... No offense but I would be a bit worried about that install. The install done by Fastfit attaches to the chassis rail on both sides.

I get 30% with the Impul. May have to put the stock ECU back on and see what performance I get. Iain, Can you tell us what throttle % you get with the Nismo? Cheers Andy
