I have a similar problem with my M35. It only happens when in 2nd or 3rd and brake quickly to a stop. The solution I have used for the moment is to push it back into D before I stop and I do not have the problem. I have asked my dealer and they suggested it may be related to the spark plugs nearing the end of their life (I have 70k on the clock). Not rushing this solution as it only stalls occasionally driven this way. Will be interested to hear if anyone has any other suggestions. Cheers Andy

Ahhh soon. There will be the English translation soon..... The service interval notice is a green sign that says "pit". So if that is what is on your screen don't worry about it. I think there is a thread somewhere about how to reset the fault codes. the other option instead of going the pod filter is to fit the K&N filter and at the fron of the air box, there is a piece that can be removed that opens up the air box to more cold air from under the front of the bonnet. You can buy the part from Nissan (power duct) or make your own as I did. The part is $180. Cheers Andy

The cost was $450 for the front & rear bars with bushes. They are the adjustable ones which are better as I find I need the rear stiffer (3rd hole) than the front (2nd hole) help improve the balance. The bars he does takes the rear from a hollow 22mm to a solid 24mm and the front stays the same size (32mm) but goes from hollow to solid. You can also install these yourself as they are quite easy. Contact Sydney Kid (on this forum). He has ones that will fit. Cheers Andy

Installing A Portable Media Player
andy65b replied to Pulp's topic in V Series (V35, V36, V37 & Infiniti)
Chris Rogers sells an adapter plug that plugs into the TV unit that gives RCA plugs plus it also comes with a plug for the back of the stereo (v35 + M35 bose and non Bose 6 disc double din unit). The piece that plugs into the back of the head unit has a power supply. Not sure of the voltage, but i am sure Chris could answer this. I use this plug to run my I pod through the AUX/2 of the TV unit and it also alows me to charge the Ipod. Cheers Andy -
To the best of my knowledge this conversion will not work on the 2004 Carwings version. This may change later as more of these cars land in the home land of the developer. Cheers Andy

Unfortunatley missed the auction as I have to stall doing mods till I settle on a business I am buying and am already committed to getting some new wheels plus have R32 GTR brakes ready to fit on the front once I get the new wheels. The Bilsteins are the bomb for the looks but the sway bars really top off the performance. -

Hear are a few pics on my 2003 NM35 Stagea ARX. Still pretty stock except for suspension and swaybars. Cheers Andy -
I really hope not.. I want the completed translation as much as the rest of you. I have a demo version that has converted the main menu and little bits in other screens only. The developer is on vacation for the first 2 weeks of October and aims to complete the conversion in the final 2 weeks of October. The upside is that we are working on this software being able to be installed at home and down loaded over the internet so once it is finalised it will be fairly quick to get it all working. Cheers Andy

LATEST UPDATE Hi Guys I have just got the latest time line update and unfortunatley it is going to be a little longer. I have been told it will be ready by the end of October. Sorry for the delay and I will post more information as soon as it is available. I thank you all for your patience. Cheers Andy

Hi Murray The TV does not work because the frequency for Aust TV is different to Japan. You need to install an Australian Digital TV tuner. There is a DIY thread on this forum with instructions of how to install it posted by Chook or I am sure Chris would be able to supply and fit one for you. Cheers Andy

Spotted a white M35 ARX on Victoria Rd at Drummoyne. Said hello at the lights. Nice aftermarket silver and black wheels. Cheers Andy

What does it sound like in the car? I know some automatics with an aftermarket exhaust can be a bit dronie inside the car. Cheers Andy

Most insurance companies put in their insurance instructions, not to admit fault. Makes the whole accident scene so much harder than it needs to be. Glad you got yours sorted quickly... Cheers Andy

I don't think I will be able to make it for the next few weeks, I have a major trade show that I am preparing to present at and I think I am going to be very time poor. If I get every thing ready ahead of time I will but otherwise it will be late Oct before I can make it. Cheers Andy

I went to Hotham for the first time at the bebining of September and arrived in a full blizzard. It is an intersting road to drive and certainly one to be carefull on. I was driving a M35 Stagea and I just kept the car in Syncro and Snow mode which locks the front rear split and dulls the throttle response. It is a tricky road to drive. Watch out next year for a new chain made of cloth. Sounds wierd but I know the importer and he is currently getting the product approved. It is great because there is no metal to damage your car. I can say exactly how it works but it is basically a cloth that goes over the wheel. It is approved by all the European countries under their Chains standards requirements. Interestingly enough there is no Australian standard to pass. Have fun at Hotham skiing..... Andy

Spotted a Gold ARX M35 on Mona Vale Rd and St Ives this afternoon around 2.30 travelling North. Flashed my lights but I don't think he saw me. I am still getting used to seeing other M35's on the road. Also saw a blue M35 between Cooma and Canberra a couple of Sunday's ago. I looked and saw this different looking car, then it sunk in, M35!!!!, and gone. Just to be seen in the side mirror. Andy

I have the wiring diagram for the G35 that is very close to the M35. What do you want to know? Cheers Andy

I did not see your answer to the colour of your springs that came with your Bilstein Kit? I know Jetwreck got the grey springs with his kit and his car sits lower than mine. (tested on his driveway, his scapes, mine doesn't) I got the blue springs with my kit in the Bilstein box that I believe are the original shock for this kit. I agree the kit drops the the car about 40mm from standard ride height of 180mm to 140mm. I have not had any real problem with speed humps and scraping other than when I have had my car loaded with 5 fat arses and then it is an occasional scrape. I also just loaded my car to the hilt and did a tour of Victoria including a trip to the top of Hotham and many country roads and had no issues with the ride height scraping. If you are buying the suspension upgrade check what springs are being supplied. This seems to be the difference in the ride height. Cheers Andy

The most recent update I had a week ago was Sept / Oct. The developers are working hard to finalize the security of their software and this should be finalize soon. Sorry for the lack of detail in this answer but at the moment I can not give a more definate date. cheers Andy

Sydney Kid posted his experience fitting a Jaycar kit of Digital Fuel Adjuster + an Electronic Boost Control on his C34 Stagea. The results seem very good and were fitted very easily with just 6 wires needing to be connected. Have a read of the thread as this is the direction I am looking to go to improve fuel economy. Cheers Andy
