If it was Sunday and a Silver ARX that would have been me......but no, wrong time and place. I was at Darling harbour all day Sunday.

Work and family committments are keeping me nailed down at the moment but I will try to make it soon. The car looks much nicer and handles better now with the new shocks/springs and swaybar.

Spotted a black M35 ARX this morning travelling east on Boundry rd Chatswood. Turns out it was Jetwreck. Looked very strange having a M35 coming up from behind my own M35....

from what I understand of this system, it would change the look of the information coming out. whilst it is all drawn from the same source it is the programmimg of the DVD rom that determines what info you see. Cheers Andy

June was the expected date but it is taking a bit longer than anticipated. The english conversion is not the hard part, it is protecting them selves against people doing multiple installs and not getting their fair return for all their work. They are creating a dealer pack that will allow them to control the number of installations from each disc. I will keep you posted if there is any news of an earlier release. Trust me, I want the conversion as much as the rest of the M35 and V35 owners.

The conversion is still being worked on and I was told last week that we should see it around September. I am keeping every thing crossed in the hope of getting it sooner but stay tuned.... Cheers Andy

Hi Grant The TV tuner is located on the left hand side of boot behind the trim. Just in front of the pocket on the left in the boot. You will need to remove the trim panels to get at it. Cheers Andy

I wouldn't necissarilly agree that the unit can not be converted to work locally but it will take time and probably longer than you will be prepared to wait. The Xanavi guys in Russia are able to convert all the non GPS screens to English. Up to now it has only been done to Russian and installed by themselves. They are working on a Dealer Solution so that they their software can not be pirated. The unfortunate part of this is that this is not a quick solution and I have been told it will be September before it is ready. I will be waiting as I would like to keep these parts standard if possible. This along with the TV tuner from Chook looks to be a really great solution with most of the factory funtions able to be accessed. They have not said the GPS is not possible but it is just not their focus yet. If the English conversion is well revceived in Australia I am sure they will look into other upgrades such as the GPS provided people are prepared to invest in the solution. Cheers Andy

I posted a question a few weeks ago as my switch had been cut off on my TV over ride during compliance. With Chook's briiance he has found me a solution. For any one else with this problem, this is the solution; In the lead there are 4 wires. 1)Black 2)Yellow 3)Red 4)White. The switch is actually a momentary switch and is not an on/off switch. The black (1) and yellow (2) wires are connected together and the red (3) wire is momentarily connected to the black/yellow join to switch the unit between the over ride and no over ride. I believe the white (4) wire is to do with the illumination of the switch. Thanks Chook for your help with this. Cheers Andy

The Jap - English conversion of all the screen except the Navigation screens should be avilable by June and cost should be around $200 - 250. This cost is still a bit of a guess as I am waiting on the cost from the company developing the conversion but it is possible. I have a demo version (a few screeens converted) already installed and it is quite easy to do. Cheers Andy

The Power Duct. It is the piece that opens the front of the V35 airbox but is an extra on the M35. Nissan ask $180 for that piece of plastric.

Are you aware that be replaceing the exhaust the boost goes from about 0.8bar to 1.0 bar. I think that is the right number or about 14psi. So yu gain a lot of power just with a new better flowing exhaust. Cheers Andy

mmmmhhhhh, this sounds too complicated I had an auto watch alarm installed on my M35, didn't mention needing extra motors to make it work and I don't think they put one either. If I unlock the car off the alarm or the key remote all doors unlock together. If I use the door lock function next to the window switches the drivers door does not lock. (I am presuming it has a motor but does not work on all functions) If I lock the drivers door manually all doors lock. I would assume the C34 is not that different. Good luck Andy
