  1. You could order a standard airbox from Nissan. Cheers Andy
  2. All going well so far with about 450km's since fitted. Got to try them one hole firmer this weekend. Should have the 1000k's up within the next week. Sooooo much better with these swaybars. There has been no negative to them at all. Handeling even better in the wet. Confirmed my order of Bilstein shocks and springs today. Should have them in about a week. Can't wait..........
  3. Spotted a Red S2 (it think) in the Domain tunnel heading towards the Harbour Bridge around 6pm tonight.
  4. We know, just easier to type that than 2 different types of suspension. Cheers Andy
  5. Got the new swaybars today........ yeah. This is so much better. Have a look at the new M35 suspension thread.
  6. A very happy owner........... a huge improvement on the standard set up. The factory set up did turn in OK but required more steering lock and a bit of patience and confidence it would bit. The new set up is so much more direct and instant in response. The old 747 jumbo feeling is gone as the body has far less roll (you know what I mean Jetwreck). Despite shocks that are passed their use by date the car feels so much more responsive and does not move around over every bump. Next stop, new Bilstein shocks and srings, maybe a bit lower.... love it... Andy
  7. That is a problem they have warned me about. They have said 1 in 5 DVD players need to be removed and cleaned to get them working.
  8. Hi Ben I have been talking to a Russian company recently who is working on a conversion from Jap to English for the car computer. They wiil be able to conver all the screens to english that do not relate to the GPS function. The GPS is a whole other subject and one they may be able to help with in due course. The general menu/screen language fix should be possible withi the next couple of months. This may help you get rid of the FO error code as you should be able to read what it is saying. Cheers Andy
  9. It is listed as 1720kg on this web page. http://specs.amayama.com/specs-nissan-stag...-october/21814/, Cheers Andy
  10. From what I have seen of mine when rigging up the AUX input for the Ipod it looked the same unit as in the S2 stagea. I did not look at the bottom of the unit for the ariels though but I all looks pretty similar. Also the ipod input is the same for a V35 as a M35 so would assume that if the V35 can do this conversion the same can be said for the M35. Cheers Andy
  11. This should help. Cheers Andy
  12. I hope this is the info you need. Cheers Andy
  13. I hope this tells you what you want. Cheers Andy
  14. Spotted a White / perl white S2 (I think) on Constitution Rd Meadowbank, turning into Belmore Rd around 9.15 this morning. Had a rear wing on the top of the tailgate.
  15. Doesn't look like they are covering the M35 yet. It is not on the list. The stagea is only there for models prior to 2001.
  16. I'll be there, that makes 2 x M35's. Won't have time for the cruise though.
  17. 2nd that for GIO custom Insurance ph number. Web page does not load and not listed in the white pages. Is this a real company? rates seem too good to be true!!!
  18. Is that insured as a daily drive or only weekend use? Do you have a garage to park you car in? These are the things that made my insurance expensive! Cheers Andy
  19. I have a feeling that I have had this problem before but only with the AUX input. I think it related to the setting of the button on the top row on the far laft. This is the "guide" button. I had a problem similar bit I found that this button was either on / off. I found by pressing it once it turned some mode off and the screen played. I hope this helps. Cheers Andy
  20. He is the man making them for my car......
  21. Most of the coil overs I have found so far are only for the non ARX model. ie, they are a lower ride height. I would like to keep the ride height and get better handleing which I am told is possible. The problem with the Bilsteins is that they are only made for the Jap market and what I am trying to find out is if the valving is set by Japan or Germany. If Jap, they are likely to be very stiff, if German they should be a lot better.
  22. I wish, because I do not have a garage and a daily drive will not insure me. JCI were the only company despite age of 42, no points and only 2 speeding fines in 20 years of driving. If I lived on the northern beaches insurance would be at least $500 cheaper. aaaaarrrrrgggghhh
  23. I am getting some information on Bilstein coilovers for the NM35. Thay are available, just trying to verify first if the valve rates are any good. I also should have some information on new swaybars soon also. I found with the inspection cover off the airbox economy is a bit worse. Trying back on now to see there is any improvement plus a little more down low grunt. Are you going to the meet on Thursday? Sounds like there is plenty of info to swap.
  24. It all comes to where you live. Age is not my issue, no garage and apparantly West Ryde is not a cheap suburb to have insurance! JCI $1600PA for NM35ARX @$30k as a daily drive.
