ok so I'm not spending a million bucks, only got 800, so what 2x12" sub is best? or 2 seperate ones, whatever...

I reckon all white rims look bad, white just doesnt look right to me on any colour skyline. But I guess its just me.... get some gunmetal, black or gold rims!!!

that is one nice car! love it as it is, what front bar? looks tough, never seen it before either. If you want to paint it white/gloss/pearl, go for it, will look great anyway. And a black bonnet always looks nice on a white car. But I reckon your gonna have to change your rims to more suite a white car, either gold or black with polished lip I reckon. All depends on your preference, not ours

yeah probly around that, maybe 2.5k. And the 5k I said was talking about new jap rims, with tyres But yeah, definately if you can afford them you want jap rims. Look great, light, strong, wide and deep offsets! ( I learnt all of this last week, hehe)

Dont like the rims you posted up, because I dont like chrome Go for gunmetal or something. And if you dont have around 5 grand lying around dont consider Jap wheels.... Fricken expensive! but look awsome, I would just get some 1,500 dollar rims if I were you. (unless you have 5k)

I'm buying a ps3 end of this week, the only thing thats bugging me is how the game developers arnt taking advantage of the ps3's power and are infact making games to first to be used on the 360 then porting versions to the ps3. This means that the same game on the 360 might even look better than on the ps3 despite the latter being heaps more powerful!

does it looks good when it sticks out? cause some front bars look nice when they're jutting out a bit.

just go 18's, As if a na skyline cant handle them. remember looks are everything 17's to small, and later on you'll be wishing you bought 18's.

not really I bought my r33 GTST for 14 grand. And when I was buying there was plenty of r34 GTT's for around 17-18 grand. (I'm talking about second hand ones of course)

that r34 looks nice! I wanted to buy a 34 but coundnt splash out the extra 3 grand...

I love free Stuff! anyway, its pretty good, graphics are nice and is overall a good sim.

nice! After lots of PM'ing Ive decided to get the Gold GTC's in front- 18x9.5 +17, rear- 18x10.5 +11. I wanted slightly lower offsets but there arnt any available. Still should look good when put on the r33. And seeing that I'll need a new paint job, I've decided on looking for a front and rear bar. ( guess I'll be starting a new thread soon- " what kit to put on my r33".) (oh yeah I already have the skirts thats why not getting new one, their Jun skirts thanks for everyones help, probably would be stuck with 7" rims from Tempe without you guys!

got a quote for some gold GTC's, front 18x9 +17, rear 18x10 +11. $3100.sound good? sure they'll fit on a lipped r33 S2? is there room for wider wheels? because I wouldnt mind some 10" front with 11" rears. Or can you go lower offsets like +11 front +5 rear? Since they are available in heaps of sizes I might as well get the most for my money. If they fit...

thats what I'm hoping my r33 is going to end up looking like, getting some Gold GTC's and decided on a white paint job. Now I'm thinking maybe should get a few body kit parts before I go and respray it. Have no idea what parts I what tho. The front bar is hardest to choose, then the rear then the skirts. I know my skirts are either gonna be Jun, do-luck or 400r. the front bar either do-luck, trust or 400r, and the rear I'll probly go for the wild do-luck bar.

would anyone know for sure!! because it woundnt be nice to buy 3.5k of wheels then realise that they wouldnt fit....

ah, good. Wonder if a guard lipped and rolled r33 could take 11" wide wheels... Anyone know?

yeah, Ive decided that I'll go with some Gold GTC's, front 18x9 +15, rear 18x10 +10. Would you be able to get the rims any wider with the lipping done on an r33: eg 9.5 and 10.5? do they make wheels in those sizes? or would you be able to go lower in offsets like +5 on the rear?

I'm in ACT :S, but go to sydney pretty often, so I'm limited to ACT and NSW workshops.

So I cant get a deep dish wheel then, so should the rear and front wheel offsets be the same? and is this alright for offsets to look for: front wheels- 19x9 +10, rear wheels- 19x10 +10. Will that fit or should i go for 18x9?

thanks, I was about to ask what kind of offset's i should be looking for. Can you go into more detail about offsets, as i have no clue what the diff between a 9x18, and a 9x 20 is. I know the first number is the width, but whats the second, and what does the number with the + mean? could you give me exact offsets to ask for because i dont know whether 9x29 + 25 or 9x18 +20 looks better at all. Another Q, whats the diff between the face 1 and 2 GTC? I couldnt tell by looking at the pics.

alright, so where would i look for a set of second hand gold GTC's, do you just find them on ebay or is there some other importer store or something.
