the fj mounts r way off when i put the rb20 in. just used a piece of 40mm box steel and bolted it to the floor...

i just used the l24 (manual) 1, on rb30 box. was massive budget conversion and just used what parts i had. i did elongate the engine cross member where the mounts bolt on so the sump would have clearance.

dropped an rb20 into my r30 the other week. used rb30 (r31) engine mounts and bolted right up. used the l24 gb xmember and that bolted up. just had 2 bend it slightly to line up with the studs. bit dodge but all gd. other option is 2 make a custom one. and 4 the tailshaft i used a c210 manual shaft with the l24 centre bearing housing and that all bolted up fine. now have pulled it all out again to put it into a dr30. all same but have 2 make custom gb x member cos fj mounts r way off. also used the r30 l24 engine xmember...

didnt short something out when wiring up the starter motor? guess just replace all the blown fuses and see what happens. think fuel pump just runs a relay tho no fuse. give the pump a hit as well, sometimes when their on the way out that gets them started

na rb30 startmotor wont fit. i tried using the l24 one on my rb30 box. both manual if makes a difference same auto box??? engine slant from the l to rb series is opposite. unless ya mean swap bellhousings?

wrecking white r31 s3. let me no what bits ya want and i might have it. manual tailshaft $100 manual x member $50 clutch pedal,cyl and slave cyl $50 3.89 mini spooled diff disk to disk lsd housing $300 all doors good nick $30. also have another drivers door but green 1/4 panels $20. think left is s2 been cut and right is s2 uncut but cream boot $30 tail lights with garnish thingo $130 s3 head lights left side had broken mount still works fine $30 rear bumper with reo $40 s3 black grill $30 grey silo interior minus drivers seat $150 good nick silo steering wheel $50 radiator $50 worked fine when removed stock front struts, needs new disks has stock springs 1 just needs 2 b put on $30 rb30e 220k kms was runnin rb30et set up. hasnt been started in a year but ran fine last time it was running. missing injectors, dizzy cap (may need new rotor button) and few plugs out the block and hoses $100 with loom no gearbox other stuff: l24e with turbo set up with stumpy manual gearbox + clutch $800 inc. l28et mani, vlt injectors, monsta t3/t4 turbo (0 shaft play bout 1yrs use), stock ecu and afm, starter motor, z rocker cover, braided oil feed but 1 side leaks alittle bit and gearbox and clutch. gearbox shifts good and has brand new exedy hd organic clutch fitted (flywheel was machined). E88 head was rebuilt not long ago and ran ace when stock but comp to high for turbo. after market ecu probs run it. or will split it up if no 1 buys it soon r30 stock tail lights $40 stock front struts, comes with cut king springs and uncut stock springs $20 z31 front struts with r31 kyb inserts no springs $120 (gd brake up grade, 100mm calliper spacing) r31 front lowered springs, unknown brand $40 KA24 tb (60mm) $40 Hawk c12 aftermarket ecu. bought 2nd hand but never been used. comes with loom, few disks, map sensor and some other stuff in there. $600 located in One Tree Hill, SA NO POSTAGE SORRY most stuffs ONO probs add more stuff yet and yes pics will b up soon cheers...

just watch out cos think rb20et ones had pov brakes that arnt floating hub type. should b plenty of info on the r31 site

na may as well throw some pics in of her.

think all hatches came with elec windows. dunno bout the sunroof tho, thats pretty cool. i fitted r31 silo seat in mine 4 now cos have a r31 wreck in my backyard. but there was cutting and welding involved and also sits up alittle higher

l24e is 10deg btdc with vac advance hose off. if any help

check out r31 site man, http://forum.r31skylineclub.com/index.php plenty of info there. but sorta sounds like fuel regulator. if ya clamp the return fuel hose does it run longer/better at all?
