doesnt really heat it up, not hard up against the rad but yea bit long. at the time it was the easyest way cos most of it came off my rb30e+t and was pretty close, also 600mm long cooler so wasnt room 2 make the pipe come bak 2 the l/h side. but now with alot more room under the head lights and no gay grill there ill re do the piping so b lot less of it...

is that phil with his r30? im up at one tree hill man. yea i just gotta clean it up and put some rego on it. mates l24et r30 is all goin now. we're keen 4 a hills run etc

clean as dr mate. u gonna use them panels with ur ironmask bumper? or keepin that bumper? cos i have same front and lights were abit off from the panel. also when ya put the bumper on it covers the side indicator, so either have 2 move it up the panel or just not use it. just lookin for panels my self. lookin very tough tho man!

im after MR30 series 2 (so 1983 and up) or DR30 iron mask front 1/4 panels. paint no worries but need 2 b straight. cheers...

yea im using a vl pump bosch 070 i think they r. deff fair bit larger cos vlts run the same pump and can get bout 180rwkw outa them b4 maxing (rb30et). goes in easy. all have 2 do is run a longer fuel hose from the fuel pump outlet to the steel fuel line and change the plug over. $0 from local wreckers

might just add to this thread if i can. after i hooked up the afc, the best i can get it 2 run is upto 2500rpm. can hear the engine change note when adjusting the afc so guess it works. but will just die in the ass and stall after that. changed all the switches at the back etc and best is it will work upto 2500rpm. any1 installed 1 of these 2 a l24 etc b4? also any1 know the voltage range of the afm? think has 2 b around the 0-5v for it to work cheers...

just done the s13 front brake/coilover conversion. easy as, shit bolts straight in. even std brake line. (if not already said) just gotta machine out the camber tops so can have more adjustment because ya have 2 mount em backwards. soon as my brackets arrive ill convert the rear to r31 disks with vs commo callipers. would the master cyl still b able 2 cope with it? cos when i put z31 front brakes on my 31 there was bit more pedal travel. completly different set up i know tho...

gonna hook 1 up 2 my l24 (r30) if any1 has done 1 b4 some info would b great, cos bit un sure of what wires i need etc. also any1 have instruction manual 4 the old skool type apexi afc? like single dial type. only has 4 wires. cheers...

L26 (260z) NISMO cam (has 2 have "c" stamped on it) would b the best factory cam. more aggressive cams can obviously b bought from crow cams etc. so l28e cam would b a slight upgrade for l24e(t) cam? worth it...?

whats the difference with the inlet manis? cos sused out afew l28e's at wreckers and their the same as the l24. same tb and runner length. if anything the l20 would b smaller, but pretty sure all same cos exhaust mani is. my stock manifold and mates is working fine as well. i just pissed off all the idle and emissions stuff. looks lot better and runs all gd

find most of that stuff on ebaymotors.com. got my mani for bout $180ish aus i think. also try ozdat.com and 910bluebird.com. some other Zed sites around as well r30 l24e comp is around the 8.5-8.6:1 pending on the head (e88 lower then n47) which is turbo country. l20ets run fair low comp tho, no idea on the 28's...

yea mate will fit in there (r31 skyline/pinni). its a pretty damn low ratio tho...

gonna re hone the bores or they look alright?
