Tried the Toyo RA1's on the track 2 days ago and they were FANTASTIC! 49sec on the sth cct at Oran Park. very good tyre Im 100% happy. In the wet this morning even when they were cold did a great job!.

After the NSW SNS 07, I have given Toyo another shot. I am now running RA1's. There are a Motosport tyre, same compound as the R888, but in a wet weather pattern. I think they are the best grip tyre I have ever owned, but I wont know how good they really are until I do some track time and try some other tyres on the R32. At the moment I rank them (once they have some temp in them) dry: 10/10 wet: 7/10 value: 3/10 I expect to only get 6-9000km out of them and they rec at $430 for 255x 17x40's. P.s. Who cares for value when you are chasing performance only!

Couple of little things to do today bonet and brace back on, swap all the fluids, bed the brakes in and clean up

Well everything went great, started at 3pm on Friday. Keil arrived at about 7 abo bob at about 9pm. Engine out at and sump off by midnight. Up early and over ro UAS by 8 drill out the sump return and fit sump baffle into clean sump home by 10. Fit new cam belt and pullies, inspect #6 bottom end bearing, all good. Fatz arrives at 12, beer consumption increase work output decreases. Fit new eng mounts, fuel filter, radiator, plugs, inj seals, camber kit, rotors, pads. Eng back in by 4pm. 9pm eng started and bleed water system . Only issue 3" cat did not fit, looks to be R34. Great job by everyone. 2cases of beer gone and one ready to track GTR.

Yep, Saterday is the GO. We hope to have the eng out by friday night and ready to drop back in on Sat.
