Also I, buffed/ polished and UDH coated the R35 two weeks ago, came up very nice. And the new number plates are on now also.

Hi all, Myself and a fellow new R35 owner wanted to test out the wet driving capability of our new drives. I see you can do some wet drift days out at Eastern Creek skip pan for $150. They look to run very often on Sat and Sundays 8.30am to 4.30pm. The below link is for the Sunday 13th November, but I am not welded to this date its just an example. https://www.australiandriftclub.com.au/events/13-nov-2022-wetpan-drift-days/ In addition I have emailed them asking to discuss a private booking just for us and I will see if we can get enough numbers. I also wanted to discuss the format and see if they are flexible to allow us to run a Texi style event after lunch. This looks like good value and good fun. I have probably 5-8 friends who are keen, I just wanted to see if people from the club would be interested in getting out there as well. Feel free to post up your expression of interest for something like this, and again they look to be running these several times a month so we could just jump on as individuals or we can come together as group.

Does anyone have any links to videos or something to install the frequency shifter onto the car so I can listen the FM radio? Google and you tube don’t seem to have anything.

OK sealed the purchase of my new 35 today, the Red one turned up and the paint was degraded and the car was a bit weathered and I was not happy. Anyway found this beauty and snapped it up today. So clean, it so does not look like a 14yr old car. Pick it up with 12 months Rego tomorrow and spend the weekend getting a ceramic coat on it so it will look bling! Here are some crap pics, some better lighting ones to come over the weekend once I have played with the paint. I also ordered GTR08P plates (Silver on Black) because someone still has my MADGTR plates somewhere! No mods 100% stock with 49,000kms. Grade 4.5 C, with some hair line cracks in the dash which is the only complaint. Im a happy boy!

Yeah they have been doing that for 10 years ever since they pulled Moto concepts out of the game. If they only realised it stops people doing silly things on the street.

Yeah once process is finished it does not look like a 14yr old car! Its a must for all RED GTR's, it has the Ultra High Definition ceramic coat applied. Long process 10hrs in total but then its good for 2yrs.

No it will be a new CX9 actually Duncan, at least this one has a turbo! 100% need to go learn to drive this new 35, so a skid pan or wet texakhana is needed! I trust all is good with you!

Hi Prank! Yes mate things are good, both the kids and I have grown up a lot! No track weapon for me, we finally needed a 2nd car and Big Red jumped at the chance to see a GTR back in the garage. I have a 100% stock R35 2008 just landed, hopefully on the road in a couple of weeks. We spent last weekend getting one of my work makes R35 looking the part, same colour as mine. My wife spent the last 4 yrs working for the AU Auto Glim distributer so we have all the gear!

Hi SAU, After over 8 years Im finally back! Looks like my R35 has landed from Jap and I will hopefully have my fat ass back into a GTR after many a year without one. I look forward to catching up with a few of the old school SAU people, hopefully a few a still rolling around!

Ok, this engine was built for my track R32 before the Tax man put a stop to the project! The engine was built and has not been unused or put into a car since it was rebuilt. It is sitting in UASs engine room and is ready to drop in. Would suit someone looking for a new donk for their GTR. The engine has the following components and internals. RB30 block, machined and prepared by ARC. RB26 GTR head which has been serviced, STD cams (Not sure which model) Forged Eagle Rods and CP Pistons and rings 40 thousand over size Some port matching has be done, but I cant comment to the extent, the head gasket was sized for a TO4Z GTR Plenum and throttle body Crank has machined and has Nismo rings (I think) GTR oil and water pump T4 high mount single manifold External waist gate GTR starter motor and alternator RB25 sump (only bolted by a few bolts so easy to change) A single variable cam sprocket for the exhaust side. This engine if for sale whole and will not be separated as parts Price $5900 Any questions please PM me and if you wanted to see the engine it is at UAS in Seven Hills
