  2. Nice wiz, see you there. I spent the weekend on the R32, If I can learn to drive a RWD car again I should be doing some quick times. See you all there, updated list Oz Steve WRX Matt STI Evil Ports Fats Wizard and Boostzed is a 50/50 Majanal perhaps
  3. OK, They run 3 groups. 20min of each hour C3/4 Cars (Normal race car licence group) Bikes (National race bikes) L2S (Us!) So we basically go out in 1 group, normally there will be a few super sprint guys and a few others + us. I think last time there was about 15 cars, some fast and some slow but not much to worry about. In order of priority of what to do. Bleed brakes with Dot 5 or 6 I use the Motul 600V, UAS have it for $50 a litre. Check pads if they are crap pads make sure you have at least 50% wear, if you have good ones ie Frodo 2500's make sure thay are no lower then 25%. Stopping is number 1! Tyres make sure you have about 40 PSI, you can always take air out but is a little harder to put it in, dont come out with sh!t tyres, they dont grip well and you often undone, ask yogi. Change your oil if its older then 5000km, and get a service as well if you have not had one in a while. If you have suspension mods 3-4 Deg of camber is a good thing on the track and caster is nice as well, so a wheel alignment is cool if you want to be hard core. Thats about it unless its your first time your car has seen the track, and it has a few mods. It may need pay to get a retune, ie street or drag tune cars dont always last 8 x 20min at full noise. I think thats it, see you out there.
  4. I think I do remember, that was a while a go. Everyone has to be a beginner at some stage, its nothing to worry about, its more important that you just get out and have some fun, and not do it on the steets. Im in the R32 GTS-T doing some development and practice, its my first full track day in this car so I dont expect to be doing V8 times or anything like that either.
  5. Fatz steers like an entry level driver
  6. Ok Quick Update. 6 people so far Oz Steve WRX Matt STI Evil Ports Fats and Boostzed is a 50/50
  7. You can contact CAMS and get a temp form faxed to you. I paid at 8am one day and was on the track by 9am, so I would say you have a good chance

  12. Still has that GTR sound, you just need to sound a little closer!
  13. I can finally hear myself think in the car now. I had a cat back custom zorst fitted yesterday. Its a straight through system with a big centre res and large rear muff. It read 88db at 5000rpm, driving around at 3000rpm it was down at 80db. Prior to the change I drove in with a hold onto it, 118db at 5000rpm. God dam its good to drive a quite car again!
  14. Roy, thats a big call, the guys need to run almost V8 super car times to be 5 sec better. My light tuned GTR has hits the 1.09's so they better be coming to drive hard!
  15. Well, I have sat on the side line for a while on this one. GOD DAMM! A Wednesday? you know how to entice people dont you! Im a maybe definite but could be a perhaps not sure little chance almost 100% going to be there! Everyone get that.
