Easy answer, drop the boost to 10psi. Or Borrow a PFC and retard the car 3-4 deg. I had the same issue over the break did 4,000km with no probs

I had a 12 year old who was upset because his 10 year old brother was in the group and therefor nailed to the 80Km hr speed. I made it up to him by doing the whole course at 80km which caused a little tyre scream.

Scathing I’m glad you got out after 12, someone had to fly the SAU banner. I left around then as had a lunch party already organised. I will be a 100% full day next year; this event has my ongoing support. The highlight of the day was having a 5 year old girl with cancer jump in the car, she was speechless and absolutely scared out of her wits. I tried to explain to her I was only going to drive slow like mummy and daddy and that I normally drive my little 2 year old around in the car and she was a big girl and had nothing to worry about. I asked her if she knew this song, I hit play on the CD where I had the wiggles playing for my 2 year old. She went off, she told me how she went on the big red car in the gold coast and she was clapping and singing all the way around the track. I felt magic after the day, it’s good to sometime just do good.

It was a good day, had heaps of kids in the car. If any photo's are available I would like to get my hands on them. Thanks to the organisers for a fun morning.

I spent some time looking at the two parts yesterday. There are some small differences, they do carry a different part number, the GTT is 12V65W the GTR is 12V60W. The rubber seal around the top of the light is longer on the GTT because the bumper is a different shape. Despite those things I could not see any difference in the headlights.

I could not find the post? Whats the difference do you remember?

Can anyone comment on the difference if any between the R34 GTT and GTR headlights? I want to swap my converted GTR lights with a set of original xenon from a GTT are they the same or differnt? Thanks in advance

Yes, The R32 ran a 12.4, it has GTS turbo's. The best I could do was a 12.5. I stuggled to get the power down. I could not get my 60' below 2 sec. I wheel spun using tyre pressures from 40-25psi and did launches at 5, 6 and 7. I did a 7500 prm launch but did not get traction until 3rd gear. My best terminal was 115mph and I got that after having it pop out of first at about 10 ft. My times were poor, but I had some fun and reside myself and the car to the track.

A Question for the more experienced, what pressure should I run front and rear? I currently have the track pressure of 40 rear and 38 front. I thought I should start around the 26 PSI mark? and go down to 20? What are your thoughts. I have Toyo T1R's 275/35 x 18. Thanks in advance
