What time did the porsch crash? I was out of their by 11.30, would love to have seen the slap! How long did it hold up the day for? It was a fun morning, had the track almost to our selves. The highlight of my day was the first Group A run, spanking that race V8 supper car down the straight and loosing him after 2 laps. After we came in he parked beside me and comes for a chat. V8 "So what tyres are you running" Me "45,000 Km old street tyres why" V8 "Shit that thing goes all right!" Me "Yeah, its just my company car, I have to drive it to work now" He was not impressed! It was a hot day Im glad I stopped before lunch, it was hard work on the body and the cars. I hope to see you all there next time.

Nathan, This is an honourable thing you have done, thanks for the payment to Dave, it shows a clear message that this club is serious and respects his organisation. If a few more people do the same we may keep the only option we have to use our cars in the manner they were built for. Much appreciated. Please accept my thanks and respect.

For those who turned up, yes it was a great day. BUT !!!!!!! We burnt a bridge that will take a long time to repair. Out of the 50+ people who were suppose to turn up, we only had 29 1/2 turn up and pay. The organiser, even with $10 per passenger only made $3.1k. The day cost $4.5K! Although we were out there having fun the event organiser, not me, the one paying EC, burnt $1400. In turn this club is not running any more events without being paid up in FULL!!!!!!!!! Although it was a great day I will not be organising these days any more, I was embarrassed when Dave e-mailed me on Sat night to tell me we costed him $1400. I apologised as best I could. What I don’t understand is why 20 people chose to make a commitment and then break that commitment. We had plenty of time to get more players so why the Hell did people not let me know! And pulling out with 5min to go is just as hard to stomach. One reason I am so P!SSED is because I tried to balance the price and and numbers to keep it cheap, but in the end I just ended up with egg on my face. Again for those who turned up thanks, I’m glad you enjoyed the day, for those who did not turn up this forum will not allow me to pass on the thanks! P.S. Please don’t send the excuses, send moto concepts $50 to help bridge the cost we passed onto someone else outside the club! Paul

Well the turbo's are on and feel nice. Lots more low down torque and agressive top end. With a new set of plugs it is a new car! I have only been to 1bar but felt very strong, I am very happy. Dyno tomorrow and check the Fuel:Air and see what power I get once the PFC is tunned. I am looking for more of a fat curve that a peak power curve. Usable power is the key for me. The only negatives, the turbo's are a little louder that the standards and really scream once they are spooled up. Also the waste gate has a vent at about .8 Bar so I cant drop the boost when the wife drives. Oh well, as small price to pay. So far 5 star rate on the turbo's

I had a good look through the kit last night and I think the GTR pack does come with the exhaust gasket, either way I will chase round today just in case.

Looks like I will need to find a dump pipe gasket ASAP! GTR13, I cant comment as Im not 100% clear. I guess I will find out Monday when they come off the car.
