BMI isn't very helpful in terms of am I healthy or not I agree. I guess you're lucky since your body doesnt seem to want to eat muscle lol. When I stopped playing soccer/racing bmx everything died in ass and I went from like 63kg and 7/8% body fat to 75kg lol. I grew a fair bit taller as well though but most of it is fat rather than muscle. Now I just cba training to lose it lol.

Yeah but I don't enjoy it yet If you do cardio now I doubt you would put on muscle mass. Shed fat, lean muscle. PROFIT.
