Gav in WA had his 32 for sale a few weeks ago with HKS Step 2 2.8L motor and 2530s making 522hp atw for 35k and it is just as clean as that car. Really for 35k in todays market I would be expecting a 400kw motor with all the fruit. 25k max for that car. It is clean though, just needs some wider wheels

+1 for Autosol. I've used it on my headlights before and it worked a treat. Maybe try waxing or sealing the headlights after you've polished. Any good carnuba wax or synthetic sealant should give you some decent protection and prevent dirt and grime build up on the headlight.
