hi guys, i live in brisbane QLD and i am after a good performance machanic to take my skyline to. just after someoen that knows alot about the RB engines and stuff, and i am not after some guy who runs there mouth and only heads for power and dose not take the customers budgit in to consideration. i am after a workshop that know how to set up a whole car, not someoen that will just wake a hugh oversized turbo on your car and it makes 500hp and then you drop of your suit case of money and then it blows up after 2-3 weeks and hahaha. not mentioning any names (hardcore) so if anyone knows any good performance workshops in my area please let me know. more looking for someone older and has had alot of exsperience. thanks sam.

hey guys, i have a R32 with an 98 Neo25 in it. following mods are. .fuel reg .trust 350x300x110 FMIC ( i think i knwo its 110 thick ) .dump pipe and 3' cat back system .after maket BOV .pod filter .apix AFC neo and i was just wondering what would be safe boost to run??? i am running 8 psi at the moment and it holds the whole rev range and it is coming on around about 2000 and hits full boost at about 2500. thanks sam.

hi guys, i have an R32 gtst 89' and the dash looks abiut dated, its the only thing leting the inside of the car down. and was just wondering if there is a newer modle dash that will bolt straight in like R33 or s15 silvia or something like that??? if anyone can give me some info that would be great, thanks sam.

thanks guys for the help, anyone knwo what are a good set of rotors and pads to get??? i was thinking endless pads and DBA rotors??? and what size are the standard size of the rear brakes of an 89 R32? and is it worth upgrading the rear rotors and pads aswell or just replace with standards? thanks sam.

hi guys, i took some pics and measerments or my brakes today ( witht he rim on ) they seem to be around the 290mm but could not get an accurate reading. if they are 296mm this means they are R32 GTR rotors and calipers right??? if so when buying new brake rotors and pads what should i ask for??? PS the rims are 18 inch

oh ok so if they are 296 then i just replace the rotors with some standard 32 GTR rotors and pads??? or what do you suggest i should do when buy new rotors and pads for my r32 i dont want to get the wrong ones, and i dont know what GTR brakes the last owner put on.

Hi guys, when i brought my R32 the last owner said it had GTR front brakes and calipers on it with braded lines. it has come time to change the disc and pads but i dont know what to replace the pads and disc and what just wondering if anyone would know what GTR front brakes fit to a R32 easy??? i will get some pics up soon, the caliper is black and has nissan on it. thanks sam.

yeah its just the cover for the engine. the neo and the normal 25 have a diffrent looking throttle body thing, but its not much diffrernt. so are any parts intachangable from the rb25de to the rb25det neo???

hey guys thanks for the replys yeah it go's really well with the neo 25 but tracktion is an issue even tho i am running 235. i might be able to pick up an RB25de for 50 buck. would this be any use to me is thewre any intachangable parts?

hi guys, i have a rb25 neo and a guy at my work has a rb25de and i just want to know if any parts are intachangeable??? he only wants 50 bucks for the engine. i know osmeone that can port and polish heads for cheap and was thinking of taking the head of the rb25de and getting the shit worked out of it and putting it on my neo 25. could this work and if so how hard will it be??? thanks sam.

thanks anfo, yeah i want to get the kit fixed up abit later on cause it has chps and cracks but that will not be for ages. and as for the doughies part you can be sure of that hahahahah! nah the tiers are neally brand new so dont want to waist them, but i might look for some stockos hehehe

hi everyone, hi my name is sam, i am a new member on this site and just wanted to say hi, i recently brought a r32 skyline so i thought i would join up to this site as it seems to be very good. i have only had the skyline for about 1 week now and planing to run a new 3' exshaurts on in in the coming week or so. me and my brother a both welders by trade so we are quite handy with zorsts heheh, here are the things that have been done to my 32 .RB25DET Neo .Trust 400x300x110 cooler .turbo smart BOV .3" dump pipe with wastegate pipe .3" cat back exshaurst .apexi AFC Neo .koni coil overs in the rear .kyb shocks and strusts up front .RB25 gearbox with straight cut 1st, 2nd, and 3rd .4" heavy duty drive shaft .exsedy heavy duty cluch .18" rims with 235 tires all round .GTR front brakes .braded front brake lines .R33 diff thats about all i can think off atm, the last owner said it has 211kw at the wheels on 8 psi i have a dyno sheet but who knows heheh. i got the car from nsw and i took it to my mechanic to get a rwc but there is a few things wrong like ENGINE TOUCHING CROSS MEMBER!!!!!! haha i think it cause it has a broke gearbox mount and maybe saggy engine mounts, well i hope so and i need to get some new bushers for it. i am looking at getting a whole kit for the front and back, anyone know of some decent busher kits??? i was thinking along the lines of nolathen or whitlines??? anyways just wanted to say hi to eveyone and thanks for letting me be apart of this forum!!!

hi guys, i just brought my skyline and it has an rb25det in it. and i took it to my mechanic to get a rwc but it needs some stuff si i figered there is no point in replacing with standard stuff i might aswell upgrade now. so i just wanted to get some help with some items i should use and some part numbers and prices. i am needing the following parts for a 89' r32 :gear box mount :steering rack ends and boots :upper suspention bushers (what other bushers should i replace wile doing this?) :castor rod bushers (would it be easyer to get new castor rods?) :brake disc (the car is fitter with R32 GTR front brakes) and also maybe something in the gearbox but the guy i brought it off said it has straight cut gears 1st, 2nd, and 3rd but it makes like a weird and winding noise when the car is in neutral??? i really need some help thanks sam.

hi guys i have a RB25DET Neo in my r32 and it has a apexi afc neo, and i was just wondering what correction % is and what should it be if i am at full throttle??? and also can someone please tell me what a safe rev limit would be for a rb25 neo and what psi is safe aswell. the engine is out of a 98 r34. thanks sam.

thanks heaps dude, but alot more ifo would be appreciated if anyone can help me out. the neo 25 has front mount, pod and exsaurst. and it go's ok what other mods would benifit the engine and what are there oil/water pumps like and what are they like for heating ( will i need a bigger radiator??? and things like that? but thats for the help guys =)
