Thanks mate,So it all hinges on whether you can undo the plugs first and have a suitable pump, last time I did it I did it all from the outside with a sludge pump, new one of course and it was quite laborious then I read about filling the transfer case through the gearstick and thought maybe I missed the transfer case oil change last time and was a bit worried but now I'm more worried that I put the wrong oil in the transfer case as I don't remember buying any ATF fluid yikes may have put smurfs blood in there cause I tried that in the gearbox found it didn't let the synchros work properly as it was too slippery and also since then had the gearbox rebuilt by Award gearboxes in Sydney to upgrade to Series 3 specs and am now going to use Redline MT90 for it's first change since rebuild,I am not sure whether the Transfer case is part of the gearbox so don't know if it got recoed or not as to whether the right oil ended up in there so all will be revealed in 2 weeks will post up my discovery here when I know thanks for your help, but no-one answered the question about how to remove the Gearstick properly or which coolant to use and how to best drain and refill it,Cheers Greypearl.

See what I mean info that's reliable is hard to find on this topic,so from what's been said so far I assume that there is a fill and drain plug on the outside of the transfer case but it's difficult to get the oil in so people choose to take the gearstick out to fill it and use the filler hole on the side of the case to know when it's full, so you still have to get both plugs undone on the outside so maybe save the hassle of pulling out the gearstick and use a sludge pump to fill from the outside of the case, but that said I still would like to know how to take the gearstick out properly and find the filler hole, Cheers Greypearl.

Hey Johno,I just read in a thread about xenons that the series 3 lights don't have a bracket that attaches to the grill like the series1 do,is this right as another poster told me all that's different is the connector tab which you just trim off??Cheers GREYPEARL.

Thanks for the info mate,GREYPEARL.

Thanks Chris, and the others who replied, I just thought there was something wrong in the door so wanted it fixed so thanks for clearing that up,I think the easiest way to lock all doors whilst in the car driving is to press the key transponder for central locking.Cheers GREYPEARL.

Thanks for the info Darth, but it is a bit far away for me,not much interest in this topic though I'm sure many have the problem.Cheers GREYPEARL.

Thanks for the reply mate, shame you are on the Gold Coast and I am in Victoria,I really think I only need to get the back done as it is noticeable there but I like the handling and don't want to upset the front, whats the labour involved in removing camber arms, pressing out bushes, pressing in new ones, re-installing arms.Cheers GREYPEARL.

Hi All, I have just measured the ride height on my 33GTR and found it to be 355mm front and 350 rear centre of wheel to guard, only my back tyres wear out prematurely on the insides, can someone tell me if I only need a standard camber kit as I read in this thread, and what is mean't by standard, is the adjustment already there or only after you fit the kit?? how much are they new,and would you bother buying secondhand?? what brand kit should I look for ?? are they hard and or expensive to fit and can any wheel alignment outfit do it,??I have Tein suspension all round. Thanks GREYPEARL
