Jeez but yeah how did the cops catch the dude if he was actually going 265k? i think its abit skewed the news, maybe it was going 200 and plus cop cars aren't THAT fast or neither are they THAT good at driving to chase the dude at 265km/ph or neither are they THAT gutful enough to attempt it.

To give abit of info to those with GTT R34: - It usually makes a similar sorta noise when turning the climate control knob from high/low but its from the dash that i hear it. - The issue is i hear it under the bonnet so i lift the bonnet up and try looking for the noise and its whereabouts the BOV is What im again curious about is, could this come from the same matter? Anyone have these climate control sounds? then similar when turning car on?

yep i know what your talking about...and yes it kinda sounds like that but louder when turning the car on, you can hear it from under the bonnet on the passengers side right next to where the BOV goes... But thanks anyway, what do you mean by you can hear it inside your car when you turn the car on? cuz i don't think i heard anything from the dash when actually turning it on, i can only hear it from the dash when turning the climate control knob?

Tonight at around 7:30pm on the way back from Chatswood to Blacktown, i saw on the other lanes (way heading towards Chatswood) with a car tipped over upside down, tonnes of cops, ambulance, tow trucks, semi trucks, etc and looked like such a big accident. It would of been a major disaster to be travelling at 100km/hr or even more possibly having a car tipped over upside down like that, and im just so curious to if the people were alright? And also what actually happened here?

Hi guys, Recently ive realised that my cars been making funny noises especially in the cold morning when turning the car on for the first time of the day. Problem is i don't know whether this sound was always there or not cuz its really not THAT loud enough to hear from inside the car. What happened was, i was doing an oil change so my bonnet was open then i turned the car on to let the oil circulate, then when i turned it on i hear this short "crunching" sorta sound from the passengers side whereabouts the a/c thing is but couldn't precisely locate where its coming from. It happens everytime i turn the car on and on and slowly goes away till when the engine is completely warm. So please could anyone help with some suggestions or have had similar issues like mine and tell me what this is? I would appreciate it alot as im in a tight budget go actually go see a mechanic for this at the moment as my rear bars been hit and need repairs Cheers

$250 for used? mate you got a bargain. Well like i said it sounded like they were gonna charge 1k cuz they said *eventually* it'll balance out to be the same total price, so why go for power fc.

So this v-power being imported from Singapore doesn't affect it quality wise does it? Or is it just a shittier 98 premium petrol being labelled as v-power?

I never touched the ECU part of my car, i haven't remaped or used piggybacks so its still stock. And yeah i did do a dyno run before boosting it to 11psi and made 161kwrw (bear in mind everything was stock including the exhaust). I dynoed it at Unique Auto Sports.

So why am i getting 184kwrw with just cat back and 11psi boost? (stock turbo, stock ECU) Maybe my dyno run was just inaccurate and is showing 34kw more than its supposed to.

I don't understand why everyones saying 145 seems like a reasonable dyno output for GTT R34, surely dyno is not an accurate tool to measure the cars power output but it must be pretty close to the kw its supposed to pull. To be honest, the power ur pulling 145kwrw is bloody low cuz from my research and knowledge: R33 GTS-T = 130-140 kwrw @ stock R34 GTT = 150-160 kwrw@ stock The results are for manual cars so if yours (Deltaforce) ain't manual that may be the partial reason why its low. So you cannot compare the R33 RB25 with R34 RB25 Neo ok? its not supposed to make the same power. With an exhaust it could possibly push it up atleast 10kw without tune. My recommendation for you is to go to a different mechanic shop to dyno run and compare the results if it makes any difference cuz if it doesn't and still stays around the 145kw mark, then definitely something is wrong.

oh alright, thanks for your input. usually how much should it cost to tune SAFC as im trying not to get ripped off cuz Unique Auto Sports wanted to charge nearly $1000 by the sound of it cuz they told me to go POWER FC cuz the tuning for SAFC will balance the price up and be the same in the end.
