Has anyone here removed turbos from a GTR before??? i've removed turbos on other cars but never a GTR.... Is it hard... cause i figure i'd save myslef some coin on labour and take em out myself then drop em at the turbo place to get the seals done and put em back on.... I dont see the point in paying my mechanic to do it if he is sending them else where...

Im running N1s in my GTR with turbo back trust exhaust air filters Power Fc stock injectors stock fuel pump and stock afm's and im makinmg 296.5rwkw... comes on boost pretty early and they pull hard i like em

Thanks heaps champ... i dont wanna buy em though we have coilovers already just need the stock ones to get through the teir 2 inspection... And i gotta remove the tint thats on the car now.. even though it was complied 2 weeks ago with it on....

I have posted this in the wanted to borrow section, but thought i'd just post here to so a wider audience can see.... I know its not skyline related but im hoping someone out there can assist me... has anyone here had to have their turbo seals fixed??? if so was it expensive and did it take long to get done??? i couldn't find any info using search so i just asking a general question.

I swear im cursed with my car... everytime i get it fixed something else breaks.. Why??? God it s__ts me.. Finally get it tuned and now one of my turbo seals is leaking and sptting oil into my exhaust and blowing smoke... damn crap...

did ya mean the CGU ones i plan on getting or the trust t517z?? cause the trust ones i haven't seen the dyno sheet but they're not to far off the N1's (supposedly.) and The CGU ones are basicaly the same as N1's but way better...
