Ive had another reply from this dodgy dealer and he said because my mate didnt fit the SAFC straight away then because of the time he is not liable. There was no way to know whether it was fuct until he got it installed. I know for a fact that this SAFC was rooted before my friend recieved it and as it came out of a car that was in a serious accident it is quite clear why it is not working. My advice is to not buy anything off this ***wit. Anyone know someone in Sydney who can hunt him down????

Not sure on their real names. The username 'usauckpoo" I think is called Lou and the guy who owned the SAFC (from the wrecked car) is Mark.

My mate bought an SAFC through me on the forum. He bought it from the user "usuckpoo" from Sydney. Well he gets the unit and once hooked up (properly) doesnt work. The rpm and calibration settings completely dont function. Apparently this SAFC came out of this guys car after it was written off in a bad accident. After a long argument he said it was in an accident and no he wont be taking reponsibility. Its quite obvious who is liable here. Ive sent a PM to this guy asking him to do the right thing. Is there anything else I can do cos this is ridiculous and Im getting seriously pist off. My friend Shane has gone phuckin crazy. Cheers, Mark

Well ive had my so called heavy duty clutch in for 9 months and is now starting to slip badly and is obviously phuct. Im runnin about 280 through the rear wheels and thought it would last longer considering im not completely crazy and dont launch it much. Do I need to get a whole new clutch or can I just get it re-built and how much?. Cheers, Mark

What does an SAFC do?. It is short for Super Air Flow Converter. It is a basic unit that allows you to alter your AFR (Air fuel ratios). Most jap cars run rich (eg r33) and to tune the AFR's you need one of these unless you can get the standard computer re-mapped. Fitted and tuned, an SAFC can give some pretty good power gains.

That guy is one gutless phuckup. I feel so sorry for you, especially cos your skryrine was low and and it was black!. Im sure someone on the forum has a few geezas in the UK who could hunt this dude down. Sounds like hes stoopid enough to come back to Australia and not only should he get arrested but also get a full cavity search from one of those butch ladies at the airport. Have you got any pics yet. You said the motor was rebuilt at 100000k's. What internals were used or was it rebuilt with the stock ones? Still got the stock turbo? Also have you had it dynoed recently? Cheers, Mark
