Sorry i mis-red Bens comment. The question was on the last sentence of my post; Any other ideas?? i will most likely unwrap the wiring to see if something is connected to the wrong wires or shorting out but before i do that would anyone know what else to check before i make a mess with the wiring? if anyone came across this problem would be great to know what they did wrong so i can check before i check all my wiring. But in saying that i got my hands on a multi meter and will be testing it out tonight

by matching the wires up by color. its a drift car and i tubbed the front and there is no room for the fuse box.

Hey guys i have relocated the fuse box in my r33 gtst under the dash. So the only wires in the engine bay is the lights and engine harness. When i connect the battery the front parkers light up and stay on, like its been connected to a constant power, also the wipers stay on too. With that the car doesn't start and has no spark. i have checked all the fuses and relays and nothing is blown. i have made sure all the earths have good grounds. The car cranks but won't start, the Microtech red warning light flashes when its in ignition. Hey guys, need some help with getting this r33 started. i replaced the motor, due to it being blown. i put everything back as it came out. once i connected the battery, it started smoking up. so i took it off asap. after some playing around i disconnected the 2 earths that are screwed onto the body in the engine bay under the fuse box, reconnected the battery and it didnt smoke up and gave power to all electrics but car still wont start. i disconnected the Viper alarm hoping it was the alarm but nope, still didnt work. i checked all the fuses and changed all the fuses in the engine bay just to be safe and still doesnt start. i tried another ECU and didnt make a difference. has anyone got any ideas?? thanks

hey guys ive got a rb20det motor box and diff i need to get rid of motors compression was all over 135, but missing a few things like, starter motor, power steering pump, coil packs, loom, throttle position sensor. motor comes with adjustable cam gears and the front diff also $400 firm the GTS4 gearbox is in good nic and comes with tailshaft $300 ono the GTS4 diff also in good nic $300ono can do a combo if you want all!! pickup from Tarneit can mms pictures on request

Wreaking an R32 GTS4. parts still available are: rb20det with adjustable cam gears r33 turbo with manifold AWD gearbox abs unit both guards LHS has a small dint sunroof dash (no cracks but missing vents) cluster 5 stud with everything diff half shafts LHS mirror assy both doors (small dints) with windows boot (NO HOLES) but has a bog crack in it and shell, rolling or not rolling (DARK GREY) pm me for prices or sms me on 0408 072 521 will send mms if needed

hey guys when i turn my car on in the morning the cold idle kicks in and stays on. Even when the car is warm the cold idle is still on. It only does to normal idle when i turn off the car then turn it on quickly. its a s2 r33 btw
