Ok. If your fan blower is playing up.. ie intermittantly working.. or not working at all.. and you can hear the high load relay switch on when you hit full speed fan. Or you can tap the motor and the fan starts working.. then this will show you how to fix it. This is for the r32.. gtst or gtr there the same car people.. or the r33 even the 34.. the difference being the location and access to the fan blower in the 33 and the 34. In effect all you doing is removing the blower motor, so if you get that far on the other models you can tag along from that point on this write up. 1st. locate where you glove box is. should be on your dash on the passenger side. Now, if you dont know your car doors from your wheel nuts.. then.. i'd probably not even start this. 2nd. Alright.. lets get stuck into it. Underneath the glove box is two screws which hold it onto a support brace.. remove these screw.. and remove the glove box. Dont try and be a smarty and go lossing all the screws where going to be removing hey.. 3rd. This is what it looks like with the glove box removed.. you can see the support brace.. the side garnish the heater core and the blower motor on the left. 4th. This garnish needs to be removed.. it has 3 screws on it.. one on the door side.. with a garnish clip.. one at the bottom where the glove box was.. and at the top aswell. Now, on the inside is a clip.. reach in and unclip this little sucker.. so you dont break it of your dash. the clip Now with the side garnish gone.. this is what it will look like now. Ok, the support brace has 4 screws holding it. Remove them and the brace. If you get it right, it should look like this. 5th. Ok, there is 3 screws and one electrical plug on the motor. Undo these and the motor with fan will slide downwards and out. Remove from car and it should look simillar to this.. If not.. youve removed the wrong thing. Dont be my surgeon when i go into hospital. Ok, this is where the other model lads can join back in on this expedition.. thats right.. you 33 and 34 boys and gals.. 6th. now time to pull it apart and fix it. On the back of the motor is two small screws.. remove them. Remove the fan with the 10mm bolt. it has a slot guide.. and may be a bit tight. but it should look like this when done. As you can see by this picture.. it may well be very dirty! Ok there is a small plastic cover.. sealing off the plug guide.. here And the plug looks like this gently remove it. 7th. You now need to reverse the fan and use a brake pad spreader tool or somthing similliar and prise the motor from the plastic housing like so.. the tool.. other than yourself.. The motor is in very tight.. so slowly does it alright.. no kung fu crap to get it out either alright. Once out it will look like this and this with out the fan attached 8th. There is two screws on the back of the motor.. remove them and the whole assembly comes apart.. looking like this. You will nothice in my photo.. that mine is filthy on the inside.. so this suggests to me that this car was not a 70k old car.. by no means!! Anyways.. time to get in there and clean. I used some turps.. and rag.. and some elbow grease to come up with this result.. Bloody beautiful!! 9th. Now.. this is why your fan blower.. doesnt work!.. look at that just disgraceful!! Ok.. to fix it! You need these tools.. So.. what we are doing here is.. filing away the ridge caused by the wear of the brushes.. and cleaning the pitted area off the commutator. So.. gently with the file.. file the commutator back flat till you get a nice smooth clean surface again.. like this picture.. beautiful! Now.. if your hands hurt from this.. its ok.. its called exercise.. you dont get enough by the sounds of it. Now.. you would have noticed before you started filling there was groves around the commutator.. and now there probably isnt.. like the above picture. so with a sharp tool such as a mini file.. or hack saw blade etc.. re-grove these slots.. make sure there is no connection between each segment.. it should look something like this.. (not a good picture this one) 10th. Now.. the brushes. THIS IS IMPORTANT!! So focus grasshoppers!! The brushes are a very soft material.. and must be treated with care!! There will be grooves in them.. you need fine sand paper to remove these.. otherwise we will end up where we started in no time! here are the grooves.. Now.. it only took 3 wipes with the sandpaper to remove the groves.. BE GENTLE!! it will look like this when done properly 11th. Ok.. the overhaul is complete!.. to reassemble. There is two bush bearings in the motor.. that the main shaft rotates in.. i used a little bit of vaseline as a lub in there.. (dont get sidetracked with the vasso like i did..cough) Ok.. if you did it right.. it looks like this again!! Oh!.. all clean and like brand new again!! 12th. Make sure you clean the inside of the plastic housing and fan with soapy water.. and that they are nice and dry. To reinsert the motor.. I turned it upside down and pushed the plastic cover over the motor.. with the motor pushing against a piece of wood. Now replace cleaned fan and bingo!! 13th. OK.. last step.. putting it back into the car. Hopefully you remembered where you got it from in the first place.... Nice new working fan again!

i know its a bit late.. but with lipped guards.. i have 245 on the front and 265 on the rears.. with no scrubbing isues.. and my car is damnded low.. i want to go wider 255 front and 285 rear.. i have the same wheel measurements as yours. -
my car came with the same lip as the black 32 in the photo. except mine is white. for that price you might aswell just get a gtr bar.. thats all the lip is trying to replicate.

Hello people. I would like to swap my Haltech ellv2 engine management for an rb20det engine. it has a tune by Bob Romano Performance Motors http://www.bobromano.com.au/ http://www.haltech.com/e11v2.htm I would like to swap it for an ap engineering apexi power fc for an r32 rb20det engine with hand controller. http://www.nengun.com/apexi/power-fc-hand-...-ap-engineering The Haltech is a direct bolt in setup.the same as the pfc. The haltech is brand new, with all wiring pressure sensor air temp sensor ready to install and run your engine. Halwin software will be supplied for tunning of the ellv2. The Haltech is around the $2200 brand new, considering mine was installed and tuned and then removed straight after tune, waiting for new engine build, mine is still new. The ap engineering pfc for the rb2odet is similliar pricing. Does anyone have what im looking for? Thanks.

Ok.. to start with.. 5% is way too dark.. you struggle to see out of it through the day.. and f*ken no chance at night.. you will hit shite cause you wouldnt be able to see out. Quarter.. hhmm.. i have soemthing called fireworks. It is a silver reflective tint.. which changes colour with different light angles. behind that i have 20% tint.. with the rest of my windows.. the quarter tint is actually one way.. so you can see out.. but not in. i have added some pics so you ca see what inm talkng about. it is not fully siver reflective.. its all fireworks.. but it has a silver base.. if you understand that.. anyway.. heres the pics.. you will see what i mean.

i have 20% all round on my car.. with my little side quarters with silver reflective oneway "fireworks" tint. But through the day or night, its dark to not see in, but easily see out. do need to roll windows down to see rearview mirrors when reversing at night though. 20% looks good, that progressive really isnt my taste. moving windows are legal at 35%, front windscreen is to be clear(but iin thinking about putting a slight blue shade on it for beter night visiblilty and anti glare factors), and fixed not moving windows can have what ever the hell you want. the same shade all round is the best i believe. -
you have to shorten the reo's length if you want it to sit properly.. the secret is the mounting points at the indicators.. you have to mount the bar there first.. the "wrap" it to the car from there.. so to speak.. goodluck. they do fit.. you just need to know the sequence to putting it on.

mine fits, no problems at all... try it with out the reo.. i think you will find it will fit.

who cares about the reo.. i drift my car.. i can change my bar in 2 minutes.. i dont need the reo.. if you hit at speed.. your going to hit.. simple as that.

if you fit gtr guards on the front, the whole car will look odd.. i wouldnt personally reccomend it. i have a standard gtr v spec 2 bar on my gtst, and it fits up perfectly. by the picture of yours, it looks the same, fits up fine, really cant see whaere the problem is? i dont use a reo by the way, i dont see the point, you hit something, your going to hit it, who cares about a reo.

i believe the pistons do.. i looked inside the box, the mechanic siad its all there, with rings etc.. and its sat there for 2 years now. the turbos are off the single turbo vg30det. and hiflowed and recartriged to ball bearing with steel wheels frotn and rear. they are not gtr turbos, though they will bolt straight onto a gtr setup, as thats how i had it dummied up to fit onto my rb2o head for my twin turbo setup.

Rb26 crank, 20thou forge rb20pistons 25 rods = stroke= rb24. Add an extra turbo.. and whalla.. you have the same as my engine!
