  1. Jack88 - I already have the genuine box and i was going to measure the volume of it then make it about 10mm lower and adjust the width and depth accordingly to get the same volume. Do you really think this would affect the sound quality?
  2. Oh... I have a rb25 in that 32 btw. Top feed are for rb20's unless you made a custom rail or something. Side feed are for rb25's. So did you have these in your 25?
  3. Yeah i might make a new box for mine just so i can get it up the back of the boot out of the way. Hardly ever use my boot but when i do, its usually big shit..
  4. Ah k no worries mate, you will find some
  5. Do they have to be 550? Will 480 be enough?
  6. Hey mate i got 6 s15 injectors im not using atm. Might let them go for the right price. PM me if your interested
  7. "cover between back of cam gears and cam covers if this is seperate" Yep its seperate, called coilpack cover. I have one, PM me.
  8. Yeah good price, im getting some more for the rear when mine get low
  9. Does that include tyres? Also 18's would be cheaper for both the wheels and the tyres...
  10. HAHA true true I would never paint mine that colour, just love the look of it. Second choice for a 32 would have to be the black pearl but hard to match again for the same reason. Dam pearl colours, so hot yet so much work
  11. I have disabled the boost kit (Car wouldnt eben start with it enabled) and its not hitting rev limit. I put the stock ecu back in and it still does it... if that helps
  12. Ah... I get worse fuel consumption than anyone i know. Including 5.7L V8's and SR's etc... oh apart from GTR's lol they are REALLY bad Cant you tell its not a family car by the size and fact that 'most' skylines have 2 doors? Anyway let me know how you decide to mount the sub as i am interested in any other ideas ppl may have...
  13. Its where you have external coilpacks instead of the ones in the engine. The idea is to keep them away from the heat of the engine. There are only 3 coilpacks so each spark plug fires twice the amount it normally would. I couldnt find any other way around the problem i had with missfiring. And what do you know... my car starts perfect every time now!!! Just an idea if you are annoyed with the starting problem as you may well have weak spark like trel has suggested...
  14. PM sent
  15. My car took ages to start. When i got the car i found 3 receipts from past owners buying new batteries and obviously didnt work. I recently set up a wasted spark setup and my car starts really really quickly now. Now i have other problems... never ends with RB's
  16. hey mate i know wat you mean. I have a r32 with a genuine alpine 12" sub box and i lied it flat and it still doesnt fit. Had it sitting in the wheel well for a bit but gets chucked all over the place. Ended up making a wooden floor in the boot and bolted it down. Its the only way to do it if you wanna keep that box. Limits boot space but if you wanted boot space then why did you buy a skyline?
  17. Yeah i have had to stop hitting higher rpm levels atm till i fix my afr's as its missfiring. Just have to deal with it if you want a rb lol
  18. I realise they will fit and are side feed injectors. Wat i meant to say is: Wat are their flow rating? Cheers
  19. Lexus pearl white FTW!!
  20. HAHA great thread mate and +1 for the sticky. Thats like all the kits ive ever seen apart for some ugly random one offs that i have no idea if they even have a name.
  21. Yeah heaps of commodores and falcons have them. Will be interesting to see them on a skyline..
  22. Hey buddy, get RE-001 tyres and you wont be dissapointed. They are very grippy, dont ware down quickly (assuming your allignment is correct and you dont take every corner like your on that track) and reasonably priced compared to others. About 250 - 300 each depending on where you go. I have RE-001R tyres which are alother step up, i got them with my wheels. They are awesome and i have heard they are selling them in AUS now too. Not sure on price yet. RE range is potenza btw
  23. Just interested to know: did the stock bov fix your problem?
  24. Theres heaps of PFC info on sau if you search. Pretty sure they dont cut boost or fuel at any point. You can check coilpacks with a multimeter but i cant remember what they are supposed to read (You will find it if you search). Let me know if you find wat the problem is as i now have a huge missfire that feels like a boost and fuel cut at about 5000rpm. Probably actually boost related like you say ill have a look next time i drive. So could be same as your problem. It also happened when i moved to wasted spark setup cos my coilpacks kept missfiring but this is even worse now than it used to be.
  25. I would recomend a tune after modifying anything if you want maximum power and fuel consumption. Especially if you get an aftermarket turbo.
